Heatfactors Limited

I have used Heatfactors on a number of occasions now following a recommendation from my Building factor. They have always arrived on time (or earlier than stated) and provide a comprehensive service. All the engineers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are courteous and explain the problem and next steps for resolution if the problem cannot be fixed there and then. I had a faulty overflow pipe under the flooring that had to be traced and fixed. I have and will continue to recommend HeatFactors to anyone that asks for a reputable plumbing or heating engineer!

Used trader after recommendation from a family member. i work during the week and trader was happy to come round in the evening to give a quote.

Quote was very thorough and break down was very clear. Happy to amend to fit our budget and needs and also gave recommendations on value for money products.

Job was carried out in a timely manner and managed really well in our old 1900's house, tackling under the floor boards.

Friendly and approachable team carried out the job on the day . Job was installing new central heating system, radiators, attaching and installing range cooker.

Was very amenable to work around other traders to allow for completion of jobs.

We have used this tradesman for many years for installation and maintenance for plumbing and for gas. He has always been reliable and has always done really good work. Heartily recommended

Heatfactors installed a complete central heating system in my property where there was none. Including laying pipes, installing a boiler and radiators throughout the property.
The guys were very tidy throughout the work being done. Very happy with the installation and the product.
Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in future.

I was pleased with the service we got from Scott Morrison and his team and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. We hope to use them very soon for another job.

Waited in for the engineer to turn up, arrived at a different time than agreed. Left saying he'd need to make a phone call and said he would return the dame day. He clearly didn't understand the boiler issue. Never received a follow-up. Total time wasters.

Used Heatfactors for years for plumbing / heating works very realable and trusting . Recommended them to many friends or customers and never had any negative feedback !!

Stewart was brilliant - came out and restored the pressure in my leaking boiler within a couple of hours, ordered the necessary part and had the repair completed within a couple of days - all with a smile and a friendly demeanour. He explained everything clearly and left me with the old part for future reference. Great service.

I have used Heatfactors for several jobs around my home, from installing new radiators & showers, to sanitary ware installations and boiler serving. I have found them to be a hardworking, honest, reliable company, who carry out the required task to a high standard at a reasonable cost. I have recommended them to various friends & neighbours who have also had work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to use / recommend them again.
