Heatfactors installed a complete central heating system in my property where there was none. Including laying pipes, installing a boiler and radiators throughout the property.
The guys were very tidy throughout the work being done. Very happy with the installation and the product.
Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in future.

Waited in for the engineer to turn up, arrived at a different time than agreed. Left saying he'd need to make a phone call and said he would return the dame day. He clearly didn't understand the boiler issue. Never received a follow-up. Total time wasters.

Stewart was brilliant - came out and restored the pressure in my leaking boiler within a couple of hours, ordered the necessary part and had the repair completed within a couple of days - all with a smile and a friendly demeanour. He explained everything clearly and left me with the old part for future reference. Great service.

I have used Heatfactors for several jobs around my home, from installing new radiators & showers, to sanitary ware installations and boiler serving. I have found them to be a hardworking, honest, reliable company, who carry out the required task to a high standard at a reasonable cost. I have recommended them to various friends & neighbours who have also had work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to use / recommend them again.

I am very sorry to hear that our service was not up to standard, I think there has been a complete miss understanding between our company and the client.
We passed the job to a sister company thinking they had dealt with this but unfortunately not.
In future we will be making follow up calls to clients to make sure full contact has been made.
I am now looking into ways to prevent this and for this not to happen again.
