We specialise rope access techniques along with using our cherry picker to repair stone buildings through out Edinburgh. We carry out all aspects of Stonemasonry from repointing, mastic, stone replacements and chimney rebuilds.
We can use rope access techniques to save the cost and inconvenience of scaffolding to carry out remedial and emergency works to make masonry safe and watertight.
We can also use our 20 metre cherry picker to carry out any emergency repairs on building and roof.

I contacted steven for some advice and to look at the stone work on a property recently purchased. Arrived as they said, Great guy and advice given, they have now repaired, and also cleaned down stonework to a 200 year old building , it will now last the same again.

I had Steven from Edinburgh stone repairs come out and quote for stone replacements and pointing to be done on the facade of my house from the first meeting rite through to completion the team were brilliant in the way they carried out the work and always tidied the job every night and worked to the timescale given by Steven which left me very happy and satisfied with the standard and structure of this company would highly recommend Steven and Edinburgh stone repairs

We had a communal repair of a chimney stack on a tenement. We had several quotes in but Edinburgh Stone Repair were the only ones who really engaged with what needed doing, what definitely needed replacing, what could be patched and what would be worth doing whilst the scaffolding was up. They were also the cheapest, possibly because they actually looked at the job rather than suck their teeth and say "that'll all need replacing". Communication was good throughout - but that is a two way process so we need a star for that too!

I had a concrete path removed and a new path with custom built gate put back in and cracked concrete window sills repaired. The team arrived early every day. The guys were cheery, helpful and completed the job in the timescales we agreed. They also tidied up well after the work was completed Very pleased with the result!

we had a hole in the external wall after some pipes were changed that was sitting there for quite a while. we had trouble getting replies from other stone masons. these guys replied immediately and understood the urgency of the job and were super efficient and the whole thing was done within a few days of the initial contact. thank you so much guys!
