Stupidly, I locked myself out of the AirBnB I was staying in Edinburgh.
Mr Fraser came out on an Emergency call basis to let me in even though it was after normal hours.
He provided an excellent service and was very polite, professional and friendly.

Great service from Castle Lock and Key who fitted the Era 1930 British standard tonight latches on front and back doors when I moved into my new home. Quick, tidy and really knowledgeable about the most appropriate lock. Highly recommend.

Front door lock needed repaired.phoned castlelock and key and talked to cammy who arrived qwickly .a nice friendly guy that has more than 25 years expearience in fixing locks .it did not take him long to get the lock fixed and is as good as new.all at a reasable price.id recomend him if you have problems with your locks

Required new 5 lever mortise lock after having key stolen. I contacted Cammy Fraser and explained what had happened and that I could not leave my premises until the lock was changed. Mr Fraser grasped the situation and arrived within a few hours to solve my problem. He was both quick and efficient and the new lock was fitted within 30 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and I have no reservation in recommending Castle Lock as an excellent company.

New gearbox required for a door which appear to be losing its intergrity. Cammy came out, replaced thr required parts, tightened and secured other parts to improve door security. Flawless and clean work, its like a brand new door and lock.

Batteries had failed in a wall safe and safe key lost. Cammy managed to get the safe open in no time at all with no damage to the safe. Turned up exactly on time and was very courteous. Delighted with the service and cost. Recommend very highly.

I had an issue with my front door lock and needed a specific part that wasn’t easy to come by, but Cammy went out of his way to source it and fixed the lock flawlessly. From that point on, the service was excellent from start to finish.
Cammy at Castle Lock & Key also installed a new external key safe at my parents’ house and carried out maintenance on the main doors at my own home. Everything was completed quickly, efficiently, and at a very competitive price.

I contacted Cammy because the lock on my patio door was broken. He got back to me quickly and arranged to visit. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the handles, also spotted and fixed a problem with the front door. He was friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed.

A key got broken in one of our front door locks. There was certainly no possibility of us being able to remove it ourselves. I called Castle Lock & Key and the locksmith was able to visit that afternoon. The broken key was soon removed and the lock reinstated. We are delighted with the fast and friendly service we received.

The owner, Cammy, did work for our Church and for me personally. On both occasions he was polite, on time, carried out all the work agreed and tidied up after himself.
For the work at the church he gave different options that would meet our requirements and explained how these would work along with the pros and cons of them. When we went ahead we couldn’t do all the locks at the one time and he was happy to do the work we wanted at that time.
I would highly recommend this company and we will use them when able to do the next phase of the work at the church.
