We have serviced Edinburgh’s tenements for over 20 years. We now service over 400 in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
We deliver regular stair cleaning, deep stair cleans and also light bulb replacements. We clean any type of flooring using the correct cleaning materials and equipment for that floor type whether it is a carpeted, tiled, stone, veitchi or other.

Capital Stair Services, with no previous working relationship or a promise of future work and at short notice, made themselves available to clean an Edinburgh Tenement common stair in preparation for flat viewings. The common stair was filthy and scattered with discarded rubbish. Capital Stair Services swiftly addressed that. The common stair was clean and presentable. I even heard potential tenants positively comment on the stair condition as they climbed the stairs to the flat on offer.

Changed all lights in stairwell within days of our building reaching out to them for assistance. Quoted best price after reaching out to 14 businesses and was very pleased with the service. Will be calling them again when the bulbs need replacing.

Our communal tenement stair is cleaned every fortnight, & CSS have replaced all our stair light bulbs, within the cost of the cleaning contract. So far, they have been very helpful, accommodating, & do their job to a good & consistent standard, that has been acceptable to all flat owners. Excellent value for money, & friendly help, advice & communication with the guys who organise the contract. Many Thanks.

Capital Stairs clean our communal stairwell every month and also look after our stair lighting. I have found them to be exemplary - they provide prompt and helpful customer support via email and cleaning always takes place on time and to a high standard. The addition of complimentary stair lighting maintenance to their service is fantastic.

We get our stair cleaned every fortnight and the stair was regularly attended to never failed to let us down and kept us up to date through Covid19 regularly get our bills on time and lovely helpful people very reliable prompt and trustworthy service highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This firm, previously known under the name of Edinburgh Stair Cleaning, has been employed for over six years to clean weekly the tenement stair of three flats where I live. They have proved to be consistently reliable and their work completely satisfactory.
