Unfortunately we had a nest of rats so thankfully we got barricade to come help couldn't believe it they were so fast at coming and explaining to us our options and the steps to come. Customer service was really good aswell with the communication over the phone and in person. If i ever get any pest problems again (hopefully not) i will definitely use them again

I was advised by the British Bee Association that I had Wasp Bike and should have it professionally removed. I contacted several Companies and Barricade Pest Control we efficient in contacting me and the cost was fair and affordable. The Bike was completely removed quickly and efficiently.
Would recommend this Company and would definitely use again if required

Barricade through Rebbecka owner responded almost immediately. This was much appreciated given Covid situation. Kris staff member who visited most over the weeks was very mindful as the company are about being Covid safe. He was efficient, thorough and very polite.

The problem took several visits to resolve which I expected. Barricade's fees are very reasonable.They explained all of that on my first call and the fees quoted were exactly what was charged.

Over the past 7 months our flat has had a significant rodent problem, first identified during the refurbishment of our bathroom. Sean and Rebekah responded promptly to our request for help and identified the main source as being the underground car park. Their work enabled us to pass on evidence to the development managers which has resulted in a programme of eradication and maintenance that has successfully dealt with the problem. Separately, Sean has led an investigation within our property to identify the likely source of entry which he has now sealed.

Fantastic service. Sean explained all work they were carrying out to eradicate the problems in my attic. Superb service, kept everything clean and hygienic which is very important during this covid lockdown period. Very good communication on arranging the times for the daily visits.

We had a number of wasps nests in the attic. Upon phoning I spoke to Rebekah who was extremely knowledgeable and put our mind at rest that we could have the problem resolved pretty quickly. Great service and a lovely team would highly recommend.

Called Barricade out to check for suspected infestation in the loft. A camera was set up to identify the animal in question. Detailed explanation of why this was needed was provided and I was contacted while the camera was in place to check if we were still hearing anything. Ultimately, nothing triggered the camera and the animals appear to have moved on. Barricade arrived on time for appointments both to set and remove the camera. Will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Barricade came out and helped me with a mouse problem. Their communication has been excellent as has their service. I trust their advice completely and would highly recommend them. Very friendly company- how it should be!
