Fixed a broken window lock and mechanism in a bathroom and fitted a new lock to a front door. Explained the whole process, talked through what was required. Arrived on time, very friendly. Work carried out efficiently and to a high standard and a fair price. I would definitely recommend Errol.

I was a day out and lost my key fob … I contacted to get into my car got told I was next job … I then got a call about half hour later my car fob was found so had to cancel job and they could not have been any nicer about it they where litrally at the address where I was when I canceled … I offered to pay call out charge and they wouldn’t take anything … would defo use if I ever need this service again hopefully not right enough … from my first phone call right through to me cancelling them the customer service was second to none and as I say so understanding when I cancelled … would highly recommend

Locksmith arrived within 15 minutes to look at faulty car remote key. Identified the problem, an issue with the key case and resolved on the spot for no charge.

Great service, went over everything that was required and explained the issues - repaired the lock so it would lock securely and came back with another lock system. Would definitely use again if required - and would highly recommended you!
