Had a few slates on my roof replaced. Never used this Roofer before. Turned up and sent an email with quote,,, I agreed this quote and we agreed a time and day for the job to be done. Turned up on time,,, did the job,,, no mess left. Very pleasant and easy to get on with. Explained in detail what was to get done and how it would be done. 24hrs after job was complete I got email description on the job that was done. Perfect job and it’s been paid in full….. very happy great job guys n thanx.

Storm damage repaired to high quality on a high roof. Prompt and kept in touch regarding likely resolution due to high winds. This is the second time I have used Robert, the other for planned tiling repairs again prompt and value for money.

I have used Robert Wilson, Roofing on two occasions now. I initially found him on the Trusted Traders website and was impressed by the number of reviews he had and also the number of positive comments. I, quite honestly, have never come across anyone like him. The workmanship and reliability you get is second to none. If he says he’ll contact you, he does. If he says he’ll be out to look at your job he comes when he says he’ll come. Thereafter he promptly sends you a quote and if you accept it he comes and does the agreed work as soon as possible thereafter. His communication skills are definitely ten out of ten! I wouldn’t use anyone else now and without a doubt would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for any roof related work. There are quite a few businesses out there that could learn a few things about running a business from Robert.

Repairs to my roof on my house in Ayr
I was very pleased with the quality of work from this company. They turned up when they said they would and the quality of the work appears to be good. I will certainly use them again.

I had repair work completed on my 150-year old roof which had multiple missing and slipped tiles. There was also a leak which had to be identified and repaired. Robert gave a comprehensive and honest assessment of the work and provided options for both short and longer term solutions. The team arrived promptly on the agreed day, worked efficiently clearing up afterwards and worked constantly stopping only for their lunchbreak. The roof now looks fantastic and is watertight. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert and his team to anyone for a respectful and comprehensive service.

Robert has for many years repainted the exterior of our house and those of several neighbours. Always polite and friendly and does an extremely good job. We needed some small roofing repairs and wanted our porch roof cleaned so asked Robert to have a look. He did both jobs straight away and we’re delighted with the result.
