When I found a pipe to my shower pump was leaking I called IUPH, they came quickly and repaired the pipe.

A complete rebuild of a medium sized ensuite bathroom was undertaken in the timescale agreed and with our inputs and requirements listened too at each step of the way. The tradesmen were pleasant and cooperative along the way. End of project cleaning and fixing minor snags was also satisfactory.

Iain carried out a full bathroom refit on an old home I had moved into. The whole process was well planed and went to budget. Fitted an unvented cylinder to upgrade hot water system.
Remodeled a toilet to include a shower with all work associated with moving the the toilet, basin & radiator to new positions.
All work was carried out to a very high standard and was kept informed throughout the work.

We have had a few jobs done by the IUPH team across two properties:

1. Bathroom ripped out and replaced including repair works organised for other rooms due to a leak from upstairs neighbour
2. Replacement sewage pipes
3. Replacement drain cover
4. Boiler checks and services

All jobs were completed in a timely fashion and the team kept us well informed of any unplanned issues. The first job on this list was tricky for everyone involved due an absent owner for the upstairs neighbour. Iain and the team left us feeling supported and informed at a difficult time where we had to deal with insurance and move out of our house for a few months.

I would (and do!) recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
