This was second project on house we've used builders for , first being a ground floor rear extension and now a internal stone wall removal and reconfiguration of bedrooms .

Total office refurbishment. Tradesmen arrived when they said they would be, quality of work was excellent and very tidy whilst carrying out the work.

The project was very professionally managed from start to finish. Works were completed on schedule and within budget. The site was kept very clean and tidy. Alan’s communications throughout were impeccable keeping us a breast of every step in the process. Extremely pleased with the quality of the work carried out, would highly recommend.

Alan Murray and his team were really professional in all aspects of the construction work on the extension we were building. We cannot sing their praises enough. The craftsmanship is truly outstanding and cannot be faulted in anyway. They were dependable, honest and trustworthy. Alan was on-site most days and kept us updated throughout the process. Absolutely delighted with the finish outside and in. The masonry work was amazing to the point where you can’t see where old meets new. Would have no hesitation in using George Innes builders again and would 100% recommend to others.

George Innes Builders was contracted to build a 27m2 extension on the rear of our house and a variety of external hard landscaping. They acted as the main contractor for the project and managed all subcontractors to ensure works were carried out correctly, on time and on budget. Alan Murray, MD at George Innes was the overall project manager and liaised with my wife and me daily and as a result delivered a first-class project. I would have no hesitation in recommending George Innes Builders. The team that carried out the work were all courteous and respectful not just with our family but with our immediate neighbourhood, ensuring they were always considerate with noise, their plant (and the parking thereof) and keeping a safe and tidy site inside and outside the site boundary.

This was for recent repairs done and have found company to be totally reliable. Used this company for these repairs as they did a much bigger building works previously and found them accurate in any quotes given. Works commenced on due dates specified and communication regarding any building matters were always first class. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We used George Innes Builders to extensively remodel and extend our existing property, adding two en-suite bedrooms, moving the family bathroom and fitting a new kitchen. The quote we received was detailed and explained exactly what was being delivered. This attention to detail was carried through the whole project. We had a two storey extension built. Throughout the build, communication was excellent, workers and sub contractors were considerate to us living in the home whilst work was undertaken. George Innes builders did a great job on our extension. From the initial quotation all the way to completion they were reliable and polite, but the best thing about the project was the level of communication we had from Alan and Gogs. They always responded quickly to any questions we had and kept us informed on progress. Gogs made notes on all our requests which ensured the finished build was just what we wanted. The project was completed on time and on budget and was finished to a high standard. Very happy, we would recommend them and certainly use them again in future.
