Had a new bathroom installed. The arrived when they said they would, cleared up after themselves and made sure all rubbish was removed. Alan organised all the other trades to be on site while the installation was taking place and so made it easier for us. Any issues or problems were dealt with swiftly.

Had hot and cold water taps fitted inside industrial unit, hot water tank and outside drainage. Alan is a fantastic guy, was very helpful and fit me in very quickly knowing my business required a speedy service to get up and running. Excellent customer service.

Got up one Saturday to find our heating was broken. Was given Alan’s details from another plumber who couldn’t attend and Alan came out within a couple of hours. Hoped that it was just a leaking valve which had to be ordered but unfortunately that fixed the leak but boiler still not working and because of its age was not worth spending more money on so a new boiler was ordered and fitted a few days later. Everything was fitted quickly and cleanly and we now have an energy efficient boiler that’s guaranteed for the next 12 years.
Will definitely use Alan again.

New boiler required after failure, quickly recommended and sourced. Quality service and quick installation.
Whole system flushed and radiators declogged with professional equipment and filtering.

My new bathroom was fitted on time and as planned with AMP as the main contractor. Price was reasonable, turned up when he said he would, dealt with supply issues (from manufacturer) efficiently and tidied up each day before leaving.

Alan and his team were very helpful on the upgrading of our downstairs bathroom, took the time to explain everything and arranged multiple trades to carry out the work to an excellent standard. One thing, having used several trades over the last few years, is his communication. He always stays in touch always showed up when he said he would and didn't cancel on us for anything. Would definitely recommend AMP plumbing again.

Called Alan out at 17:00 to assist our engineer with a major water leak and issue at one of clients premises, Alan was on site in Aberdeen within 2 hours, leak traced to air handling unit and temporary repair carried out by 20.00

He ordered parts and returned to site to replace the heat exchangers, pipework upgraded and left in good order.

Highly recommend Alan @ AMP, he is our subcontractor of choice across the Grampian area.
