When I discovered to have a pest problem in my flat where I recently moved in, my landlord decided to promptly call Wee Critters.
Andy was really easy to talk to, really experienced, and replied immediately for any queries I had regarding things to avoid doing to attract more pests, as well as questions that me and my partner had out of personal curiosity about mice group behaviours.

If I know someone might need a pest efficient business to deal with their problem, I am definitely going to mention Wee Critters!

Superb prompt service after my car acquired a mouse infestation while awaiting repair at a garage. Friendly and cost effective I can't praise them enough.

Discovered a Wasps nest in the roof of my property. Phoned Wee Critters and spike with Sylvia who was very attentive, informative and friendly. She gave me advice over the phone and quickly arranged a suitable date and time for Graeme to visit.

Graeme arrived early and was very professional and swift in dealing with the wasps nest. He also gave me advice on how to deal with other pests and how to prevent future wasps nests.

We thought we had a wasps’ nest. Graham came out to check. Had a thorough look but couldn’t find anything explaining that I might have seen masonry bees instead. He didn’t charge us for the visit. Graeme arrived, had a look at the problem and explained what he was going to do. Job done, he explained that he'd dealt with the nest, treated a few areas nearby and told us to keep an eye on the area where the wasps were. If we had any more problems to give him a call

I phoned Wee Gritters with my problem on the basis of the reviews I read on this site. I was not disappointed. Sylvia explained everything about masonry bees and she made me feel really comfortable that I didn't need to/couldn't do anything about them. The firm currently is unable to carry out house visits do to COVID-19, but Sylvia was very generous with her time, advice and self-help suggestions. Graeme attended to deal with a wasp's nest which we thought was in our attic. Turned out the nest was in my neighbours adjoining property so Graeme checked our attic space out to confirm we were definitely wasp free.

My 95 year old mother had wasps - well, she thought she did. The lovely operative, Graham, checked very thoroughly and found no pests. I was not charged for this and even if I had been, they were cheaper than the Council and there the next day as opposed to the 2 week wait from EDC. Delighted!

Amazing service! Very fast at sorting us out and helping to make us less worried about the situation (fleas). At first we were considering taking care of it ourselves but we called up for a quote and Sylvia whom we spoke to was so informative, helpful and friendly that we decided to book straight away. That was the best decision we could have made!

By the next day we had an appointment for them to come around and from the moment they arrived we knew it was the best thing we could have done. What a brilliant firm! I spotted a wasp's nest in a bird box in my garden at about 9.45am, got in touch with Wee Critters and the squatters were successfully evicted by lunch time. Very reasonable price and great people. Thank you.

What fabulous service! Within 2 hours of contacting Wee Critters, they arrived to examine my wasp nest. It actually turned out to be honey bees so couldn’t be touched. I called Wee Critters in to deal with a flea problem left behind by the previous occupants of my new home. My initial phone call with Sylvia was very helpful and she gave me good advice to follow before Andy was able to come and apply the pesticide. We had been informed that we had a wasp's nest in our attic so I contacted Wee Critters Pest Control Ltd. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price and arrived within a couple of hours. After he checked the attic it turned out that we had a honey bee nest which they are not allowed to destroy. He was extremely apologetic about the fact he couldn't do anything to help and gave me advice on who to contact to deal with the problem. I was really impressed with their service and if I ever get another pest problem I would definitely use this company again

By far the Pest control company in the Midlothian area. Andy from Wee critters was absolutely fantastic in getting rid of a serious mice problem, explaining us with patience the numerous ways of prevention against mice and rodents. Extremely punctual, professional and as a word of advice learnt from him, instead of spending a lot of money of inefficient traps it is much better to just simply call these guys and they will within a short period of time get rid of any pests you might have. 5 stars out of 5

Graham came the day after I contacted the firm about a wasp nest in my former roof space. He checked out the problem, and did the work immediately. No fuss, no bother, except to the wasps. The cost was very reasonable, with a discount for seniors! I am very pleased with the service, and would certainly use Wee Critters again.

Squirrels had moved into part of the roof of our house and were wakening us up very early in the morning. I contacted Wee Critters and spoke to Sylvia who calmed me down and reassured me that they could help me. Graeme came the next day as planned and dealt with the problem very professionally and efficiently and we have had no problems since. Really great friendly service and very reasonably priced.

Graeme at Wee Critters came out first thing the day after I called to treat for wasps even though he had been down in England the day before.
We were still having a problem with wasps in the days after the treatment and discovered another site where they were entering the loft. Graeme came out the same morning that I called about the second site even though it was a Saturday and didn't charge anything for treating the second site. Excellent prompt service and value for money. Would recommend.
