We arranged a new bathroom suite through Ian Hinde and I can only say that he was a real pleasure to deal with. Ian took a keen interest in our objectives, making helpful suggestions along the way. It goes without saying that Ian and the team were extremely mannerly,respectful of our home, and clean and tidy in their work. We had a couple of challenges for Ian to address as our bathroom floor had deteriorated due to a water leak...nothing throws this man of his course! He is focused, has a fine eye for detail and always chooses the better way over the easy way.

Downpipe replaced

Ian and his team did a complete refurbishment of our bathroom to a very high standard. All work was completed within the time frame and nothing was too much trouble. This is the second time we have used Ian and would certainly use him again.

Ian has been brilliant on all the times I have used his company. He fitted our boiler and was quick, really tidy and really good price.
He also fitted out our complete bathroom and he did a brilliant job. We went on holiday gave, him they keys and it was all finished for us coming home.
He also came out to fit a shower tray when our tiler made a mess of the work (nothing to do with Ian’s work) and he was so quick at getting it all finished and working. Would absolutely recommend Ian and his business for any work you require!

I would highly recommend this company. I got in touch with Ian through word of mouth from a friend to replace my boiler and was certainly not let down. Professional service from start to finish and he even came out on Easter bank holiday Monday when my old boiler packed in to see if he could sort it first. The Woodworm boiler that they recommended and installed comes with a 10 year guarantee and the guys who installed the boiler were professional, friendly and answered any questions I asked. I was really impressed in the way the left the house, not a bit of dust or mess to be seen. Great service, Great team overall great company.

My very old boiler broke down and phoned Ian who came out within a couple of hours.
Not many do that.
Needed a new system and was able to start the very next day so I wasn’t left without hot water or heating.

New shower doors supplied and fitted and bath panels renewed.

He firstly provided several options as to the products available and costs for each of them. After we made our choice he kept us aware of delivery etc and turned up exactly when he said he would.

The whole process took about 4 hours to complete and he left the work place spotless just as he had advised it would be.

A few months later a slight fault in the bath panel was found and he returned and repaired it within a few days. Great service

Ian and his young apprentice at the time. Fitted me with a new glowworm boiler. Left for work in the morning with a goosed boiler came home to a brand new system. Wouldn't even had known they had been. Place was spotless.
