Completion of New roof. Excellent

I had 3 slates replaced on roof.

We were very happy with the work carried out.
They were quick and tidy and very polite and would recommend.

Front elevation roof retiled, dormers clad and eaves replaced with uPVC I have used Prestwick Slaters and Plasterers in the past and wouldn''t hesitate to use them again. I have already recommended them to others who have also been happy with the work carried out.

Full replacement gutters, downpipes, facias soffits Delighted with our new roof and roughcasting. Work carried out to a very high standard, excellent value for money. Workmen were courteous and well mannered.

Damaged tiles on roof replaced and small leak in garage roof repaired. Refreshingly straight forward; job discussed, quote sent and accepted, work completed. No fuss, no exaggerating of what was needed just simple straight forward good service.

Removing existing felts from two flat roofs, applying two layers of torch-on roofing felt and the third layer of green mineral felt to both roofs. Removal of rubbish and clear site. Absolutely excellent. I am more than pleased. The team were excellent. Extremely polite very very good workers even in the searing heat.

Replacement of roofline, soffit and guttering on house and garage. Communication was good from start to finish both from Shona and Issac. Any changes during the works were communicated to us. The guys got on with the job and finished a little over the expected timescale due to a breakdown of a van on one day. Overall a very positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending or using PSP again.

Complete re-boarding and retiling of an old roof with removal of chimney stack and re-siting of TV aerials + removal of multiple solar panels prior to starting.
Repair of parts of a flat roof. A very friendly small team of 4 roofers and 1 office manager.
Contact with the office made arranging for initial quote and then subsequent questions very easy.
The roofers arrived when they said they would and we received regular, at least daily, updates on the progress of the work.
The initial stages of the job were very messy because of the nature of the old roof but they managed to keep mess and disturbance relatively well controlled.The site was tidied well before they left and scaffolding and skip were removed very quickly after the work was complete.
The finished job looks great.

I was glad we used Prestwick Slaters and Plasterers and are so pleased with the profesional finish to our new roof and also our new cladding and guttering super finish. The company came gave a estimet when they could start and when they would finish which they did despite adverse weather conditions.

Roof zinc replacement and gutter repair. We had a couple of problems… a windstorm tore the zinc off of a part of our roof and we had a mystery issue with a gutter and down pipe. Isaac and Co. removed the damaged zinc and replaced it with new. He also identified a good solution for the gutter issue. I was particularly appreciative of his decision of completing a lesser repair to the gutter instead of immediately going to a much more extensive and expensive replacement. Thus far the repair that was carried out has been more than adequate. Couldn’t be more pleased with the expediency of getting to us, the suggested solution, the work carried out and the value we received. Fully recommend Prestwick Slaters & Plasterers!

Garage was re-roofed. Existing shingle tiles removed, Protect membrane fitted and Marley Tiles fitted. Dry verge, dry ridge, fascias and gutters all fitted. Work was delayed in starting due to weather in the previous weeks. PSP kept me updated regularily as to expected start date...much appreciated.
Abysmal weather during the week but the team worked hard and even getting a few hours work done before the storm really kicked in.
Definitely recommend PSP and have already passed their number to friends.

Prestwick, Slaters & Plasterers Done a complete new roof, front, Back and Dorma. Also new guttering.
From beginning to end they kept us up to date with everything that was going on. They weather was really terrible at the time but they were there whenever possible.

Totally highly recommend these guys, so honest reliable and hard working. Always nice to speak to. Also Shona in the office kept us updated with everything.

Re-roof of property incl fascias, gutters, replacement of attic window with small Velux Very satisfied with work done. Would have preferred them to work longer days (sometimes finished before 2.00 PM) but heavy work and two of the team were quite young.
Overall happy with work done at a fair price happy to recommend.

Full re-roof with 3 flat roofs and 2 dorma''s done with new cladding finished with new fascia and guttering. Two chimneys removed completely with new metal flue. Friendly and upfront service from the beginning, got back to me quickly when needing additional work done and requoted me in good time.

Job hindered with scottish weather but fully understood the delay.

Small leaks where found which were promptly corrected before new tiles were put on.

Kept the work area clean and tidy as much as could be expected throughout.

Only gripe i would have is they tended to finish early but that was uo to them as it prolonged the job.

Very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them

Chimneys removed, both external and internal. Roof made good to match existing slates and internal walls insulated and plastered. Good firm to deal with, talked through the job onsite to provide a letter itemising the list of work and corresponding estimate. They have a very busy schedule, so don''t expect to get the work started straight away, but once started the team were excellent. They were considerate of your home and made every effort to prevent dust and dirt being spread around. I was kept up to date with the job as it progressed and was delighted with the completed work. I was invoiced for the work on completion of each phase as my job was split into three phases to minimise disruption, and accommodate weather for the external works. I would use PSP again and would certainly recommend them.

Chimney removal and installation of fuel and tiling. Prestwick Slaters and Plasterers is a well organised business and particularly pleasant and helpful to deal with.

The cost of the work was exactly as quoted and as fitted extra was done without an additional charge; work was undertaken in an efficient and focused manner.

I have no hesitation whatever in strongly recommending this company, and shall certainly use in the future, it further work is required.
