We became aware that our outside drain was blocked. Found Ayrshire Drainage Solutions on East Ayrshire Trusted Trader. They promptly came out that day. Jamie was so helpful and explained everything to us. We could even see the blockage on their imaging equipment. Very reasonable cost to fix it. I would highly them for any drainage problems.

Called Ayrshire Drainage Solutions on the Wednesday evening and they arrived first thing the next morning. Got straight to the job of unblocking a drain which was causing us problems for quite a few days. I highly recommend this family business, it was my first time using them.

My toilet and bath were overflowing with dirty water due to pipe blockage outside.
I Phoned Monday morning and they were here 2 hours later. I had no idea where the drain led to and was certain there wasn’t a stank/drain in my garden. The pipe was leading to the back of the house so they had to find it and they did with Cameras/pipes but most importantly they just listened following pipe noise and I couldn’t believe it was found as the garden is big and full of paving stones and it was deep down! Once it was located the job was done in minuets. They also cleaned my patio where it was leaking and put all the stones back over stank.

Great work ethic plus friendly, can’t beat the price at all especially for how long they were here. I was expecting it to be more without a doubt so great service all round.

Can't praise the engineer that came out less than 24hrs after placing our call enough! We'd already had another Ayrshire based drain clearing company out less than a month ago, who we contacted less than 2 wks after their visit 2 clear our drains, due 2 the prob not being solved, to be told that altho they used 2 have a 30day guarantee they no longer guarantee any of their jobs ???
Ayrshire Drainage Solutions spent more than double the amount of time on the job, free CCTV survey + Absolutely Deff cleared our drains + they were unbelievably half the price of the previous company. 100% satisfied . Wouldn't hesitate to call them in future.

Called Ayrshire Drainage Solutions this evening for a blocked waste pipe, they said they would be there within half an hour. True to his word Chris arrived within half an hour and swiftly dealt with the problem. He checked the drainage system with CCTV to check for any pipe damage/issues. We had Chris out to unblock a chronic issue with our drains which had previously been dealt with by other drainage companies. Although improvement at the time the issues always reoccurred. Chris however, took the time to get down to the bottom of the issue and did a thorough job of jetting and using a camera to ensure the full line was clear. We never felt he was trying to rush the job even despite it being a Sunday! Would definitely recommend Chris and use him in the future if ever needed.

Chris saved the day today. He was able to fit us in only a few hours after I called him to come and sort our blocked drain. He carried out extensive work to sort the problem whilst explaining to me where the problem had stemmed from. He also gave me sound advice for chasing up other parties who were at fault. I had a blockage whereby there was a gurgling sound coming from my drains when the washing machine was on. Chris attended on a Sunday, identified the issue via rod and camera, and flushed the system out. The issue has been resolved. Top class workmanship carried out by a trustworthy and friendly man.

The guys came to unblock my drain then put the camera down as part of the service. No extra charge for this. They then found a chunk of cast iron that my plumber had let fall into the stack when he cut the access for a new toilet. Through a combination of the right gear, the right skill set and pure determination, they managed to get it out of the line preventing further blockages.
I am glad I called Chris and Stuart.

Guy came out this afternoon , couldn't of asked for a better service!! Main pipe was clogged and turned out to be in manhole , was here for over 2 hour's and was adamant not leaving until problem was resolved! Overall great experience highly recommend !
