Following the first phone enquiry I found Matrix Fife to be polite, efficient, economical and completed a first class job. Would certainly use them again and recommend their services.

I had 2 armchairs re-upholstered. The chairs are not only comfortable again but look beautiful. This required a visit to Matrix to choose the fabric (premises were Covid-secure). Excellent range of fabric to choose from. Subsequent ordering, collection, delivery and invoicing were all very efficiently done. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We contacted Matrix about re-covering six dining room chairs as we had used them previously to re-cover a chair. We asked if they could match up the covers with the same as they had used previously. The chairs were photographed, an estimate given and agreed and they were collected on a Tuesday and returned on Thursday of the same week. We also got a footstool covered to match.
Everything was done to our satisfaction, promptly and adhering to the COVID rules. We would certainly use them again.

Excellent service. Our chair got picked up for repair on the Tuesday at 15.30pm. It was returned back to us in perfect working order the next day, Wednesday afternoon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would have no hesitation to use this service again.

The work was carried out very professionally and speedily. From time I contacted Matrix to job being completed was under 2 weeks and this was while Covid 19 restrictions were in place.

Service accessed through Fife Council Occupational Therapy. Chair level required to be raised. Prompt service - tradesman arrived at time arranged, very helpful and courteous. Chair reformed within a week - excellent job carried out.
