Matrix made me new curtains for my living room with matching cushion covers.

The customer service is second to non, very fast and efficient. The cushion covers were perfect but unfortunately, there was a flaw in the curtain material which was only noticed when the curtains were hanging at the window.

I contacted Matrix who immediately arranged for a replacement pair which I received in 10 days from re- order. Fantastic service and the curtains are perfect.

I contacted Matrix, having read a favourable review on Facebook, to have dining chair seats re- upholstered. I received a prompt and courteous reply with a very acceptable quote. I dropped the seats of in the morning and received them back the same afternoon. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the customer service first class. The standard of work was outstanding and carried out to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Matrix Fife to any potential customer.

This job was the installation of an external LED solar light and a Door Viewer. The Viewer was fitted to a brand new front door and looks as if it is an integral part of it and not an addition. The solar light was fitted to a corner of the house and will illuminate what was a dark access over the winter months. The job took 15-20 minutes max and was efficiently carried out with a full explanation of how it was all being done and how the light in particular would operate (solar).

Company took time to discuss product and demonstrate it working. Very friendly.

For my wife's protection an excellent gate was designed, built and fitted to the bottom of the stairs. Care was taken to match the colour of the existing woodwork.
