Lewis fitted a new kitchen tap for us today as our old one had been dripping and driving us nuts! His communication about when he'd be with us and what he was doing was great. Tom Knight came out to determine where blockage was as water was not flowing away from sink at an eldery residents house during recent icy spell in December 2022 Though Tom was very busy over this period,he came out within 24 hrs and rectified the problem very quickly. I will definately recomment his company to others in the future. I will be using Tom for other corrective issues concerning problems that need to be fixed in or outside of a property. He assures me that he does this as well as plumbing. I would highly reccomend Tom Knight.

contacted TKS with a minor emergency issue. Responded quickly, assessed the problem and ordered appropriate part. Then fitted the part as soon as it was available for collection. All round excellent job and we would happily recommend to others. Well done & thanks again.

A fault on boiler reported 9 am was fixed by lunch time.So I am nice and warm again.
Have had several larger jobs done over the years and have always found them very helpful and efficient.

Tom and Lewis converted a bathroom to a wet room for us in 2020 and we have used them ever since, from a further bathroom upgrade, wash basin replacement and more recently boiler servicing and system flush.
Highly professional company and if they say they will be with you on a certain date and time, you will not be let down.

We had en-suite completely replaced, cloakroom refitted and a wonky toilet fixed. All work completed on time, exactly as promised, all trades coordinated, and work to a great standard. Such pleasant folk to have in the house, and they left house tidier than it started!
