This is the second time I have used this company to sort my gas fire!
Boys have always been very polite and make no mess !
All work done is fully explained and I would have no hesitation recommending this company !x

Had I known it was going to be as expensive I would have considered buying a new gas fire for not much more than the cost of the repair.

I had a problem with my gas fire in that the pilot light would come on but there was no flame before it went out again. Your engineer recognised the fault very quickly as a faulty control box but here we hit the only snag as the office didn’t have my email address correct and a week was wasted getting my permission for the work to proceed. Thereafter , however, things proceeded at pace and the fire was fixed without further ado.
The people with whom I was in touch in this company were invariably friendly and courteous and I would recommend the firm without hesitation.

I had a relacement boiler and Hive system installed. It was done efficiently and on-going support is very good.

My sister recommended We Love Your Boiler and I contacted them for a boiler service. As our boiler is inside a cupboard and additional access was required the company also helped us with this which was very much appreciated. Very helpful staff from office staff to the joiner and boiler engineer. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler repair carried out on the day fault reported. Can't do any better than that.

At short notice of contacting them about a boiler on the Sunday boiler was ordered on the Monday and work started on the Tuesday. Can thank the workers enough for going that extra mile for me. Boiler up and running great after nearly 2 weeks of no water or heating. Thanku so much guys

We always have our boiler serviced every year and, as always, the service was completed thoroughly and on time. We have one of their service plans and wouldn't consider moving as they're so good.

We love your boiler fitted a new boiler for me. The office replied to my enquiry very quickly and I received the quotation at that afternoon. They provided two options for me. They also sent an engineer immediately to check whether they can make the old boiler work before the new one was installed.
On the day of fitting the new boiler, they arrived on time and cleaned up after the work. Would highly recommend them.

This was a boiler service and I'm not actually too sure what happens and what's supposed to happen, but the guys were courteous, arrived on time, did what ever they were doing and left - no problem! Communication with this company is always both efficient and friendly.

We had our yearly boiler service done recently as well as many other jobs relating to the boiler and the electrics done over the years. As usual always friendly on the phone and the guys (Graham) who come out to the house are friendly and very helpful with any advice.
