Bathroom was refurbished removing old wall tiles bath wc and sink to new installation involving walk-in shower , dry wall panels ,new sink , and new flooring . Davie the plumber and William the joiner did a fantastic job and quickly solved problems when they arose . The job was completed on schedule and professionally to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend the company.

Being elderly, some upgrading and modification was required to our en suite facility, and having used this company on at least three previous occasions had no hesitation in seeking their assistance. We received knowledgeable advice from Gerry, and the expertise of Claire (showroom), Nathan and Ross (plumbers) ensured we had an excellent result. Two happy pensioners!

This company was brilliant. I had a problem with my boiler and used a couple of local characters who basically took my money and did nothing. I contacted G Woods and they were so nice and reassuring on the phone. The guy came out and sorted the problem and then came back out for an additional piece of work I asked for. The service was excellent and I've had no issues since they sorted the boiler. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone

When our boiler broke down recently, we contacted G Woods for help. Tony came the same day and carried out an emergency repair which meant we had heating until a new boiler could be fitted. Within a few days, Cammy came to fit the new boiler which he did in a professional and efficient manner. Very tidy too!
From start to finish, both office staff and engineers provided an excellent service and we would highly recommend them.

Telephoned to request a visit to renew an outdoor tap and repair jammed stop cock. Receptionist was extremely helpful and advised that a plumber would visit 2 days later between 9am and 1pm. Tony arrived as planned and carried out the repairs, efficiently, tidily and professionally. Tony was extremely polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable. Have used this company previously and will definitely use for any future issues.

My boiler broke down and Tony came out witjin a couple of hours and repaired the boiler and got it going again. I couldn't be happier.

Woods installed my Worcester boiler 4 years ago, very efficient, and time-sensitive. Today, an engineer arrived right on time, to service the boiler. Completed without fuss, and explained very clearly the couple of issues needing to be resolved.

I am extremely impressed with the high standard of work and quality of service provided by this company. I needed my boiler replaced, and living in a tenement with really old pipework, it wasn't exactly a simple or straightforward job but the engineers at G Woods installed a modern, high quality boiler and replaced all the old pipes in one day, with maximum skill and efficiency, no fuss, at a very fair and reasonable cost.
Everyone was extremely helpful, positive and pleasant and really on top of their brief.

Had this company recommended by a booked up plumber and honestly I'm so glad I found them.
Thought it was a straightforward job of a leaking pipe. Turned out it was a leaking pipe and an almost corroded gas pipe. They made sure we were sorted and safe and nothing felt like a hassle.
Everyone we spoke with was polite, kind and professional, from the team working in our flat to the team in the office. Also the time we were quoted for people arriving to carry out the work matched the time the workmen arrived!

Contacted this company on Sunday night for a minor emergency with our overflow pipe and tank and they got straight back to me and had someone out the next day who fixed the problem.

We had a complete bathroom redesign and fitting carried out . The work was principally done by Jim the plumber and William the joiner, supported by Ian and David. Our entire experience from Gerry's first assessment visit through the team working for 7 days was simply exceptional. Jim and William were professional, friendly and their work was that of skilled craftsmen. The finished bathroom was way beyond our expectation ! Being an old house they encountered some issues , we were fully consulted and nothing was a problem to them. We are beyond delighted with this company and highly recommend them.

We had a complete bathroom refit competed through Woods. Claire was helpful and very patient when taking us through the options available to us, and was always available to answer further questions. The work was completed principally by the 2 Davies who were professional and meticulous in their finish. They kept us informed at all stages and accommodated any changes that we required through the process. They were also exceptionally tidy and mindful of working within a busy household! We really pleased with our new bathroom and would happily recommend Woods.

I had several smallish jobs that needed done e.g dripping tap. Thankfully the company was happy to do these. Tony and his assistant did a great job. You hardly knew they were in the house and left everything clean and tidy. Now to organise the boiler service!
