Gas-Tec carried out quite a bit of work for us, including the replacement of our boiler and the fitting of an unvented hot water cylinder and new cold water main. Their professionalism, reliability, flexibility and general helpfulness made them a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. They went above and beyond what we would have expected and set a standard which I suspect is very hard to beat.

After several months of various engineers giving me the wrong information and fitting wrong parts to my heating system, with no heating for June, I decided to call Gas-Tec. They were with me within an hour for a consultation (no pressure, just advice). I had others as well but Gas-Tec came up top with everything. I even asked for them to revisit again as I was unsure. Kevin arrived at 8am on Friday to quote for replacing our 19yr old Vokera combi boiler, I had couple of other similarly priced quotes so price not main reason chose Gas Tec. Local Trusted trader and Kevin's professional friendly flexible manner - not salesman - was reason chose, also offered some advice on our gas fire problem. Kevin Able to fit new boiler the next morning (Saturday), within 5 hours we had a new efficient combi boiler up and running with Hive heating controls. Job completed within 48 hours of contacting Alison in the office, we had quality service and good communication at all stages of work. we has new heating System in place for a week to ensure no issues before contacted us to arrange payment, discount available by paying promptly.

Prompt in submitting a quotation and subsequently arranging installation of a domestic boiler. As regards ongoing service it is early days.

Replacement boiler and radiators and removal of gas fire. Arrived on time and were happy to be left to get on with the job which was completed within the estimated time. All debris removed and no mess left. Following day had a small problem with towel rail and this was sorted straight away. Did not ask for immediate payment so I had opportunity to check everything in my own time. Courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied with the work before payment requested. Very happy with the job

Removed conventional boiler, hot water cylinder, small cold tank and fitted Ideal Vogue 32kw combi boiler. Also fitted 8 thermostatic radiator valves. Great job by Gas-Tec did all of this in one day. Highly recommend and will use again.
