Having had my Vaillant boiler fitted by Jackson Hart in 2016 by John, I have been very happy with the annual service since. When I have had a couple of small problems with the boiler they have always been prompt in coming out and repairing the same day. It is always a pleasure to see John back to service the boiler.

Skilled and efficient personnel, took time to deal with unexpected problems. Have used them before for servicing and minor works and would recommend them. Good quality local firm (and they have a beagle!)

2. Bathroom alteration - replacing bath with shower. New WC and wash-hand basin. New flooring

Provided me with clear explanation of work needing done, and estimates. Kept me informed before work started about supplies, start dates etc. Tradesmen arrived on time and worked well. Discussed any problems which arose during work. Always polite, and tidied up at the end of every day, and when work was completed. The secretary, Tanya, also worked hard to keep me informed. Excellent firm. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I had a new boiler supplied and fitted by Jackson Hart and his team having used them previously for other small household plumbing jobs. Throughout the process everyone involved was professional, efficient and considerate. Their time-keeping was prompt, all their work was clean and tidy and I was kept informed about how the job was progressing.

As a lone female I have now used this company a number of times and every time they have been professional and courteous - I haven't been condescended to, I've never felt uncomfortable or experienced any unwelcome 'banter'.

Installation of new Bathroom Suite with wall and ceiling panels. The work was done to a very high standard with no delays or difficulties. No mess or fuss with every thing fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an old bathroom sink replaced and splashback added by joiner. The plumber came on time, wore a mask, and completed the work efficiently and quickly. Extra work (sealant elsewhere) was no problem to the firm; I would give them extra points for sourcing a particular splashback, and for the boss coming himself to check on what was a fairly small job. Very satisfied.

I have used Jackson a number of times over the years for boiler repair, and bathroom refurbishments, and this was for removal of old boiler and water tank & fitting of a new combi. As ever, Jackson and team were very helpful, commercial and got things done with the minimum of fuss to a high quality, with a good dry sense of humour to-boot!

I had a dripping tap and had been advised by a different plumber that I needed to change the tap (rather than the ceramic cartridge) since I didn't know the exact make and model of the old tap. I had purchased a tap from B&Q but on getting home I saw that the customer reviews for that particular tap were very poor. Jackson Hart confirmed that the tap I had purchased would not be suitable for regular use and they recommended some better quality makes of tap. I got a refund from B&Q and purchased a different tap instead. The Jackson Hart plumber came when he said he would (even though parking can be difficult on my street) and did an excellent job even though my flat is very old. He had to fit isolation valves since the copper pipes connected straight to the base of the old tap. He cleared up nicely afterwards and was professional in wearing his face mask all the time, so I felt safe. Jackson Hart invoiced me the same amount as they had quoted me so that was all fine. Although you can find cheaper call out rates out there, I felt comfortable with this trader and they did a good quality job.

We had a new water tank installed by them at the start of the month. The work they initially did, we could not fault. Quick and friendly service.
However, 12 days later we found it was leaking from a valve. We obviously were very alarmed. Because it happened on a Saturday, their office was closed. They hadn’t provided an emergency contact number, so we were very worried that it would keep leaking through til Monday. It was a struggle to get hold of them, but once we did they were out within the hour and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
We would use them again, but found them quite hard to contact when we needed them.

Professional, friendly & efficient service from Tanya in the office and Scott who came out and resolved the low water pressure in my (tenement) flat. Great experience; I'd definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Was looking for a gas engineer when a boiler problem could not be solved by our previous plumber.
Scott arrived on time and was polite and friendly. The problem was intermittent, and wasn't causing problems when he arrived, but he was happy to return at short notice when the problem arose again, and managed to identify and solve the issue.

Boiler service. I was very impressed by health and safety. Engineer wore a mask , used hand sanitiser and even wiped down the boiler when he had finished.

I had moved into a new apartment and the ensuite bathroom needed major refurbishment to be brought into the 21st century. Jackson Hart helped me throughout the whole process, from designing what was possible given the dimensions of the space, to fitting the bathroom by their team of highly professional tradesmen. They sourced a small bathtub to fit into the space, and fitted an electric shower. The team of Scott (plumber), Kamil (tiler) and George (joiner) worked effectively and seamlessly to ensure that the work was completed on time and with minimum disruption. Tanya in the office was exceptionally helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Jackson Hart.
