I have just had interlinked Smoke and Heat alarms installed in to my flat by Paul of East West Electrical.
I cannot recommend them enough for quality of service and they were one of the lowest quotes. It took no time at all to complete the task. Paul was a lovely chap and talked me through what he was doing and how the alarms would work. He then guided me on best bulbs/lamps to use to replace halogen as well as sort my wobbly light in hallway. I feel this was an excellent, efficient, professional service going over and above what was expected and have recommended them to my family and friends. I will certainly use them again if I need anything else electrical completed.

Paul arrived at our agreed time and extremely efficiently installed 3 Smoke Alarms and 1 Heat Alarm to enable us to comply with the new Scottish Government regulations.

Needed PAT and Legionella Tests undertaken for a rented flat. Very easy to deal with; very professional. Date organised, arrived on time, work undertaken without fuss. Photos and review provided and all paperwork submitted same day. Reasonable rates compared to others. Have used before. No hesitation in recommending.

Shower switch electrics had blown. Emailed a few traders and East West were really prompt with a reply. Gave a more than reasonable quote in comparison to other quotes received and were more than accommodating to carry out the works when it was convenient for us. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their service from start to finish. Will be the first company I use should I need any further works done in the future. Excellent service all round.

I had light fittings changed and upgraded, smoke/heat detectors replaced and small electrical jobs around the house. Paul has also done a number of jobs in my rented properties.
I have used Paul for around a year and throughout the many jobs he has done he has done them within a good timescale, turns up when he says he will - almost unheard of these days - carries out the job diligently, cleaning up after himself and has kept me informed of everything he’s doing.
He is the most trustworthy tradesperson I have used and will continue to use.

Paul came out as an emergency when out ceiling lights wouldn't work and the consumer box didn't trip. He was brilliant and worked out what had happened in minutes and fixed it. He will come back to replace the consumer box and quoted a good price. From start to finish, everything was more than expected. Would highly recommend.

Internal and external lights, bathroom fans, internal and external plug sockets, underfloor heating units are all jobs undertaken efficiently and fully cleaned up afterwards.
