We had our yearly service done.
They arrived in their book time slot, guy was really friendly as always , I ve used this company for years and all the time are really nice and always let you know what their doing and why. Office team very helpful too.

Have used this company many times during the years ,they are reliable honest staff ,tidy up after the work was finished ,I am about to use them again very soon

We have had We Love Your boiler cover for our gas central heating for a number of years. It is very good value and includes a thorough annual service, as well as emergency breakdown repair. The company have always provided a reliable and efficient service, and on the rare occasions when we have had to call them out for an emergency they have been very quick.

A pleasure as always. The company tick all the boxes. I felt a confidence with them in every area and only wish they did smaller jobs not only kitchens and bathrooms. Being in contact with Ashley was a truly good experience always.

Have for a number of years now had an annual boiler contract which includes an annual service and ongoing maintenance provision. Have been excellent to work with, booking in time is efficient, communication between is clear and precise and engineers attending have always been well mannered, knowledgeable and clear up after attendance.

Boiler required servicing as due to covid had been delayed.

Called the team who were polite and understanding of my needs, had me booked in around my work schedule with no hassles.

Graham was polite/ friendly and very knowledgeable.

Replacement of our boiler which broke down 2 weeks before Christmas.
Scottish Gas, who had fitted and serviced the boiler for the past 12 years, were unable to arrange to fit a new boiler until well after Christmas.
We contacted We Love Your Boiler Ltd and an engineer was with us within an hour. A new boiler was then fitted within 4 days by them.
An exemplary service was provided by Stephen and the whole team at We Love Your Boiler.
We highly recommend this company and will use them now ongoing.

Got our gas fire serviced. Don't normally like to get this done unless i receive a personal recommendation but had to gamble on finding WLYB on social media. Had nothing to worry about. Cost was very competitive from previous services, i was kept updated on visit by email/text and call on day from engineer. Job was quickly completed and with absolute zero mess left over. *on another small note, nice to see a business giving kids an opportunity to learn from experienced engineers. Will continue to use annually.

Central heating boiler replaced a few years ago and care plan taken out. A yearly service by the technicians is carried out with a good quality of work, respect and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Had I known it was going to be as expensive I would have considered buying a new gas fire for not much more than the cost of the repair.

I had a problem with my gas fire in that the pilot light would come on but there was no flame before it went out again. Your engineer recognised the fault very quickly as a faulty control box but here we hit the only snag as the office didn’t have my email address correct and a week was wasted getting my permission for the work to proceed. Thereafter , however, things proceeded at pace and the fire was fixed without further ado.
The people with whom I was in touch in this company were invariably friendly and courteous and I would recommend the firm without hesitation.

I had a relacement boiler and Hive system installed. It was done efficiently and on-going support is very good.
