Cosmetically (and from a distance) the bathroom looks lovely.

A detailed quotation was given.
this listed items which were not included
did not list items which were included
and frustratingly did not list or include aspects which I believed to have been agreed upon.

After the original fit and a further 3 visits:-
the shower tray is buckled
the shower screen leaks
the shower electric switch is not secure
the toilet seat closes when sat upon
the basin is marked
the tap leaks

On top of which:-
their original final bill was [erroneously] 20% higher than the remodelling quote
and included additional fees for works not agreed

And oh,
I had issue with their appointed 3rd party asbestos removal party too

Would just like to say the guys were here every day till 5pm and got the job done In the time that they said it would take. Nothing was a problem from start to finish. Big thanks to Stephen and his company for the fantastic job done from start to finish. We'll done guys.

I had a larger shower fitted in my shower room together together with wet wall panelling, new flooring, ceiling and lighting. the work was done in the planned timescale and to a high quality

The team renovated my bathroom and ensuite to a high standard and were very helpful as I navigated an insurance claim to deal with problems arising from a historic leak.

After being let down/given the runaround by a couple of other companies in recent months, I approached the team after some work they did for me on my radiators. In spite of the space being somewhat awkward in size and dimensions, and the exterior pipe work not really being ideal, a design making excellent use of the space followed. After accepting the quote, work started within a couple of weeks. Despite finding additional problems when removing the old bathroom, and having to remedy them, causing delays, the fit was brought in within the week as planned with some extra people brought in to help. Some snagging issues which more related to last minute changes I made than anything else resulted in a couple of follow-up visits, both of which were well managed and scheduled in a timely manner. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

This company did a full renovation knocking 2 bathrooms into 1 luxury bathroom and I couldn’t be happier with the results, always on time and good communication throughout. The team answered all my questions through the renovation and were great if I wanted to change things as we went. They were extremely tidy which helped with such a huge project and finished on time. From start to finish everything went well and can’t recommend this company enough. Even booked them again for patio doors. Such a helpful and friendly experience.

We had our upstairs wc done. Full refit New sink,macerating wc and vanity unit, gorgeous Fibo wallboard, plastering to ceiling and new spotlights. Price was really good and all completed within 3 days. The tradesmen were friendly and fantastic.. they all did a really professional job, were knowledgeable and cleaned up everything as they went. I really can’t recommend this business enough.. they really do provide an exceptional service at really competitive prices. (We also have a contract with them for maintenance/servicing of our boiler and heating system which is great value and service).
