Mark fitted our new kitchen & utility room and we are delighted with the result.

He consulted with us through out the build, taking note of our preferred layout and preferences, offering advice when needed.

Mark removed a large sliding door used as a room divider and replaced it with a pair of oak French doors.
The job was completed within a few weeks of our discussion. The new doors look splendid and Mark removed all rubbish.
Mess was kept to a minimum and the area was vacuumed upon completion.
We will be asking Mark to do some more jobs for us, and I have already recommended him to our neighbour.

M Addison (Joiners & Builders) ltd recently started and completed a house/kitchen refurbishment. Both Mark and Clare were a delight to work with from the early planning stages offering help and guidance on the relevant phases of the project.

Working together with local structural and architectural Engineers planning permission was granted end of 22 with a start date agreed of the 6th of Feb with a 3 month build in mind. All works completed on time with a week ahead of schedule.

I can't thank both Mark and Clare enough for their professionalism and help with our project given some of the technical challenges that were thrown at us.

Moving mum back into her home yesterday was a great day and very emotional for her to see what Mark and his team had built.

I would have no hesitation in recommending their company for any size of project big or small.

Mark is very capable and I am confident about the knowledge and skills he and his team have to complete any works requested. We will definitely be asking Mark back to carry out more works at the next stage of our renovation. His office team are also very much on the ball :)

Major internal alterations to alter the size of 2 bedrooms, create a bathroom and shower room, knock through kitchen and small bedroom to form a large breakfasting kitchen, build a new entrance porch and a ramp for disabled access.
Mark co-ordinated the tradesmen involved who all did excellent jobs. He and Clare kept us informed of any unexpected problems that arose and were most helpful in suggesting solutions and ideas as we went along. Always turned up when he said he would and let us know promptly of any changes to schedule. It was a big building project and he saw us though it really well. Would absolutely recommend him.

Supplied and fitted composite front door and french style patio doors. Supplied and fitted roofline and guttering. Mark and Clare were very kind and understanding when I had to delay the work at extremely short notice due to an accident. Once commenced the weather wasn’t kind for Mark and Ryan but they ploughed on. I am delighted with the work and I hope Mark will be able to install a new kitchen for us in the near future. Would 100% recommend Mark. He was recommended to me by a neighbour. Lovely guy. Both him and Clare are easy to deal with.
Lastly, everything that was stripped out was cleared away same day.

We had two wooden kitchen windows made to order and replaced. The job was carried out neatly and with very little disruption to the walls inside.
Lovely quality windows fitted well.

Mark and his team replaced the back and front doors on my listed property. My property is much warmer and securer now. Mark, Clare and the whole team are friendly and helpful and the work was carried out with a minimum of disruption.

Mark supplied and fitted a new front door. He arranged to view the job turned up when he said he would emailed formal quote in a timely manner . When door was ready mark contacted me to organise a suitable time to replace and fit new door. Very professional, good timekeeping and old door was removed from premises.

Had new kitchen worktops and splashbacks fitted. All work was carried out in a clean, tidy and efficient manner, altogether a very professional job.

We had a ceiling repair carried out and a new kitchen fitted which included putting in a new wall. Mark obviously takes pride in the standard of his work and we are really pleased with the end result.

We renovated a bedroom,including the installation of French Windows and a balcony with steps leading to the garden. Mark was efficient, highly skilled and completely reliable. He gave us sound advice and good tips and ideas. He turned up exactly when he said he would and he was courteous and highly professional. I highly recommend him and would have no hesitation in using his services in the future.

We recently had some structural work with a wall removed and RS J fitted, the job also included fitting of internal and external bi folding doors. Mark and his team turned up when they said they would and done an excellent job,. They also tidied up each evening leaving our home in a usable condition. My wife and I were very pleased with the finished job and feel the priced paid was a fair price for the standard of the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Addison builders to our friends and family.

Mark and his team completed a fairly large extension for me which ran the length of the rear of the house and also a new roof , not to mention a few add -ons like new upstairs windows .

Loft floored and cladding on roof sealed. Loft entrance extended, access folding ladder fitted, flooring laid in porch and bedroom. The work was carried out to an excellent standard from start to finish, would not hesitate to use Mark again or recommend him to anyone else.

The works carried out was to a high standard with minimal disruption to the day to day operation of the house. The tradesmen who undertook the works were personable and extremely neat and tidy

Mark has just finished building an extension and re-structuring the groud floor of our house. All the work carried out by Mark and all the additional trades was excellent. The project was completed in the timescal Mark had indicated and I have no hesitation in recommending Mark.
