Mr Mullin proved to be a n extremely conscientious worker. Work was carried out to highest standard, 10 out of 10.

James installed new UPVC soffits, fascia and gutters, prepared and painted all down pipes and prepared and painted window ingoes and sills. He also checked the roof tiles and repaired pointing to roof ridges. All work was completed to a very high standard and James tidied up at the end and took away all waste materials.
We have used James for many years to check our roof and had no hesitation in asking him for a quote to do the above work.
We are very happy with the completed work and would certainly recommend James to others. Not only is his work excellent, he is a very pleasant person to deal with.

Couldn't fault Mr Mullin in any way. I'm an elderly widow and he couldn't have been kinder and has offered, free of charge, to look over my roof yearly and will advise accordingly.

James has a great manner for this job - explains what he's going to do and updates you on his progress. he doesn't waste any time, just gets on it with hardly a break.
Re-roof was completed ahead schedule and final bill was less than the quote - 'hidden problems' were less than anticipated.

Mr Mullin came even though extremely busy, as the rain had caused my gutters to leak and I was very worried. He was very pleasant and fair and did an excellent job. He also gave me good advice on maintaining my gutters. I will always use him and recommend his to friends. His efforts saved me from a much larger future bill, as quickly attended to.

Mr Mullin was very competent. He was always very prompt and explained every step of the job he was doing before carrying it out. He is a clean and tidy worker and when the job was complete he cleared all the debris and scrap away. I would have no hesitation in using Mr Mullin in the future.
