This is a family business and our estimate was done by Gerry, we then had help from Claire to pick the products we wanted and arrange the installation. Tony carried out a service on our boiler, which we've had for nearly 20 years. Some parts needed replaced and he was able to source the replacement parts and fit them. He was a very polite and personable young man who was thoroughly professional and efficient, and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. We've had other companies service our boiler over the years, but now that we've seen Tony at work we'll be sticking with G Woods in future.

Claire in the showroom was really helpful and gave great advice on products etc, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with G Woods Plumbing, they repaired and reinstated a water tank for my mum after another plumber had left job half started and didn’t come back. Great service both from the office staff and from the plumbers who came out to assess and then complete the work for us. Plumbers were friendly and professional, kept us informed and finished job promptly. Very happy with experience and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!
