Our village hall roof was needing to be replaced. Sandy's guys were professional, polite, and extremely hardy! For the duration of the roof work it was horrendous weather, many snow storms, wind and rain. The guys were there every day clearing the snow away before working. Great job guys. Completely recommend.

We contacted several roofers to provide a quote for work to our roof and chimneys, and found Sandy the most reliable- he came when he said he would and gave an honest account of what needed to be done.The work was carried out promptly and efficiently and should we need any repairs to the roof in future, Sandy will be our first port of call. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the work done on my roof. The workmen were good. They cleared away all the debris. They work hard each day. I would highly recommend this company.
Mr Douglas sent his workers to effect a temporary repair, free of charge, until they were able to complete the work.

Sandy did our roof 5 years ago so he was the first person we contacted when we wanted the roughcasting done on the house. He came out and we agreed for him to do the work and a few other jobs. They arrived a week early which we didn't mind and they got on with the work. There was a couple of mistakes but Sandy being Sandy got them sorted straight away. We would use these people again and they actually put us on to other people for drive work.

Replacement of new roof to front of house. Sandy was fantastic he was always available for any communication and he dealt with the Planning department on my behalf with no fuss whatsoever. The guys he has working for him are really good at their job and easy to get on with. I'm so glad I chose this company my roof looks fantastic.

Mr S. Douglas, recently replaced the lead flashing around my chimney to cure a leak, he also gave me some re assuring advice about other concerns I had about my roof.I would not hesitate to have him back to undertake any more work required on my roof. Very prompt and great service.

A significant part of our roof needed replacing as it had been leaking and been subject to a number of repairs over the years.
The work was scheduled to minimise disruption to the business.
Customers commented on how little they noticed the work going on. Within a couple of weeks the work was completed and the roof report concluded.

Sandy Douglas himself arrived very quickly to assess and quote a flat roof leak and advised the roof was beyond repair. He and his team set up scaffolding a day early then arrived on the day they said they would to start work. Due to inclement and variable weather, (Nov 18) they had to do the roof in stages but completed the job in good time. They provided photos of the disrepair and kept me informed throughout. I am so glad I chose S. Douglas to re-roof my garage. A professional, reliable, friendly, hard-working team. All processes explained. Quality materials used. Careful, clean, tidy workers who barely stopped for a lunch break. First class job at a very competitive rate. No payment required until completely satisfied with the job. Have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends. Be sure to give them a call. I guarantee you will be as impressed as I am with the work they do. Definitely a trader you can trust.

S Douglas Roofing Contractor has been involved in a few projects at Innovate foods over the past few years all roofing work some of it tricky some just repairs and we feel that we can normally rely on Sandy and his boys to came and helped us out on a few occasions also came out in the bad weather early this year when we had the bad snow to help with a big install of our new nitrogen tunnels in getting the roof sealed off when we put 4 exhausts through the roof.
