Removed WC and sink unit from cloakroom. Some miscommunication/misunderstanding around what the job was but Lynn was very helpful and arranged for a return visit within our timescales so we could lay the new flooring. Plumber himself was very helpful and friendly. Very reasonable costs too.

This was excellent service from 2 of their plumbers, early, friendly to an old age pensioner and helped with other jobs when asked. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a good service off lovely people.

This is the third time we have used the company which shows how highly we think of them. This time they completely gutted out bathroom which is now a shower room. This was done to an excellent standard in four days. Totally satisfied and would use again and recommend to anyone.

Mike did all of the work on my bathroom and en-suite and when I went to the shop, the girls were very helpful and it is a family business.
Mike was a very friendly person and always asked if everything was okay and he tidied up every day when he was finished.
As I said, my kitchen fitter recommended them and it does pay to shop local and use family run businesses.

Arrived as scheduled and completed within the time specified. Office staff were great at sourcing our tiles and flooring as well as recommending bathroom ware. Quality of workmanship has been excellent. Old en-suite was removed and mess cleared up, dust etc was also kept to a minimum. Replacement en-suite is amazing the same goes for the tiling. Communication was good, where the workmen felt something wouldn't work they gave us suggestions which worked a lot better. We are completely satisfied with the new en-suite we would definitely use Rogersons again and would certainly recommend to our friends and family.
