I saw Quinn roofing had done some great work in my local area so I asked them to quote to get my chimney fixed (remove and replace rough cast and install new lead flashings). Dougie provided a quote really quickly and followed up with an available date. Work started as scheduled, was done to a really high standard with no mess. I had Quinn roofing and Building in to roughcast my house. Dougie was extremely helpfull gave me sound and expert advice and the quotation supplied was extremely competitive.

Replaced the rough casting on our house. Turned up on the day agreed. They worked very hard and completed the job on time and on budget. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend them.

I had a flat roof stripped and replaced with single ply membrane. Old wooden cladding on a dormer stripped off and replaced with PVCu cladding. All of the above was carried out to a very high standard and in a efficient and friendly manner.

Had my my skylight removed and tiled over, got a very reasonable quote from Dougie for the work. The guys that came to do the work were very friendly and carried out the job, clearing up and taking everything away with them. I contacted Dougie as we needed both of our false chimneys removed and the coping stones extended and finished in lead. The work was carried out to the highest standard possible. Dougie and Stevie never stopped working whilst they were here, very friendly and accommodating. Once completed they took time to clear everything away and leave it all very tidy. A neighbour was so impressed that Dougie was asked to provide them with a similar quote today. The estimate was very reasonable and excellent value for money. Great experience.Had a horrific quote for roof repair after the storm so phoned for other estimates and Mr Quinn arrived promtly , gave a realistic price ( 10% of original quote!!)to deliver just what was required and came quickly , did the job well and would recommend very highly to anyone . After a prompt quotation, Dougie arrived on day specified to carry out the work, a replacement of a very old felted flat roof.
This was completed efficiently, tidily and to a very high standard within the day as he said it would be. We would hardly have known there was work going on, the team were extremely quiet and wasted little time.

The owner, Dougie Quinn, was very professional when he came to assess for the quotation which was delivered as a well laid out and detailed breakdown of the job. It was completed by two very professional and pleasant members of his team who did a great job from start to finish.

We are very happy with the service and quality of the replacement soffits, gutters and downpipes provided by Quinn Roofing and Building Ltd and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other householders.

Cast iron gutter repair. Dougie and his team did a great job fixing an old leaking cast iron gutter. Communication throughout the whole process was prompt. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Last year Dougie and his team replaced our roof ridge tiles. We were so impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism, we’ve just had the team replace our guttering and fascia.

No loud music blaring or unsavoury language. All debris/old materials were removed, with our outdoor area left immaculate.

Dougie renewed one our flat dormer roof with new wood and rubber, instead of felt. He is very professional, but also friendly, with great communication. We will definitely be asking them to come back when our other dormer needs done!

Dougie and his team were very reliable, and provided a good quality of workmanship. They removed our gutters, removed rotten facials, replaced with new, and did first class job of painting and replacing gutters so that they were running properly into the drain system.

I had several jobs done at once, old roughcast removed and replaced on my back steps as well as re-pointing on front and back steps. Other roughcast patch jobs around the property, also old wooden cladding removed and replaced. The team arrived bright and early in the morning and set up quickly and efficiently leaving everything neatly covered overnight. All jobs finished in 2 days whilst I was out at work. We hardly knew they were there. No mess left behind. First class company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use them again.

I had new fashia and gutters fitted on the front and rear of my house and also new tile battens fitted on the gable end. New copping stones fitted on front garden wall and wall roughcast. Quinn roofing and building were excellent from start to finish. Arrived at the time arranged and delivered a quote within 24 hours with a full breakdown of the work to be carried out.
The garage roof was stripped and replaced within 2 days. All areas were left tidy and the work was of an excellent standard.

I had a small leak on my roof. Which was diagnosed relatively quickly.

As well, I discussed with Dougie the gutters, pipes of the house as there were areas of concern. Following a quote, I commissioned Dougie to carry out the work; two tiles were replaced, guttering for the whole house has been replaced, waste pipes/other pipes were replaced over two days.

Overall I was impressed with the work carried out and happy his firm have done a good job. I have even as well had a quote from him to re harl the whole house as it needs doing soon. As an expensive job I will need quotes granted; but feel I will be using his services again, thank you.

Removed solar panels and roof tiles. Covered roof area with membrane and new roof tiles. Reinstalled solar panels. Fitted new gutters and repaired cement work at chimney. Supplied scaffolding and skip with permits. Quotes were provided promptly and Dougie and his team were punctual, hardworking with a good work ethic.

Dougie came and assessed what was required to fix garage roof. I was given a date and time when the work could be done and he duly arrived when he said. The work was done as required.It was a small job but nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. I also asked if he could do a " health check" on my main roof and found that 2 ridge tiles were damaged and were promptly replaced. I would use Dougie again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
