Have been using Wisharts for years and a few years ago had a new combi boiler fitted. Workmanship as usual was excellent ,no mess is left. We also have yearly maintenance done by them. If there is a problem in the interim which cannot be fixed by a phone call then they will come to the house to fix.

JW Wishart recently replaced our boiler. The company has done work for us on occassion for 30+ years and has provided a prompt, professional, efficient and courteous service.

At my boiler service , my boiler had a serious defect and was condemned, Wishart's were quick to give a reasonable quote and an installation date in a couple of days.
On the day the engineers arrived early and progressed the installing without any fuss or bother to myself. After a few hours they had the boiler commissioned and all heating and hot water working. After a quick clear up they were away. Job well done.

My yearly boiler service.The boiler was fitted over 9 years ago and every year since has been serviced by Wisharts, who have always given a good and reasonable service at a avoidable cost.

J W Wishart installed a replacement boiler for us 2 years ago which was all done very professionally and efficiently. To maintain our boiler warranty we require to have it serviced each year and we have just had our second annual service by the company. We receive a reminder from them, then make contact to book an appointment. Again this is done very professionally. The company are very reliable and turn up precisely when agreed (we live in Edinburgh) . Just prior to our service we receive a phone-call asking us to switch the boiler off for the engineer to work on it. All good, and we have no hesitation in recommending J W Wishart to others.

Replacement of parts of my 22mm main gas supply. Excellent service from initial enquiry through to completion. Engineers were clean and tidy, supportive, talked me through exactly what they were proposing to do. Took pride in the standard of their work and, very importantly, always had safety as their main priority.

We had a quite an old back boiler central heating system which was long overdue for replacement. We contacted J W Wishart to have the old system removed and a new "combi" boiler fitted along with new radiators throughout the house. Scott Wishart came out to give an estimate for the work, (which we considered to be a very good price). He showed a clear understanding of what was required and we were happy to go ahead with the installation. Work was started first thing on the day agreed. I was very impressed by the organisation shown by the team, their professionalism and standard of work. They worked solidly from start to finish and were also very polite, considerate and cleaned up well on completion. Definitely a credit to the company. The other trades required, such as the plasterer and electrician, arrived on time and were to a similar high standard. I would have no hesitation using J W Wishart again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

We had no heating, hot water etc as our boiler was needing replacing. Although very busy the plumbers fitted us in and had everything up and running in no time. We appreciated this very much. They arrived on time and were very efficient.
