We had a problem with rats in the garden. Andy came out the morning after I called, assessed the situation and put bait down the same day. The problem appears largely resolved within a week and more visits have been offered if necessary. Very knowedgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Had got mice in house loft/walls. Andy investigated inside and outside for access holes. Laid poison in two or three places. Returned week later to check and clean up and as precaution left some poison in loft and filled in outside hole where mice had got in.

Andy Stewart came out to help us with a rat problem in our loft. Despite sending the enquiry on the Saturday night when they weren't working, we received a text to confirm that they would attend on the Monday. He was on time for both visits and provided excellent communication throughout. He was able to identify the issue, potential entry routes and put down the effective bait. He visited a week later to confirm that the rats had gone and gave us great follow up info to keep on top of it going forward. I would thoroughly recommend Andy and Fife Pest Control Services.

On discovering a mouse in my home I called Fife Pest Control and Andy visited my house the same day. He informed me of cost up front. After checking the house the main area where the mice were was quickly identified and treatment carried out, arriving promptly for a follow up visit. Polite, professional and very reassuring. Andy also offered advice and tips on how to mouseproof the house to deter future infestation. I would highly recommend to others.

I found a very large Bee ‘Bike ‘ in the roof of my garage. The activity was such that I could barely access the garage due to the numbers swarming about. Having contacted Mr Stewart for his help he attended the next Dayto start the process of their removal returning in four days time as stated to remove the bike from its position and clearing up , checking that the bike was indeed “finished”. Mr Stewart was polite, informative, and professional in all his dealings and I would have no hesitation to contact him again, if the occasion arose, or of recommending him to anyone with a similar problem.

Andy also removes loft insulation ( not just pests) I had Fiberglass insulation in my attic which I wanted removed as I hate this stuff. I called a few insulation firms to be told we don’t remove we only put insulation in and 2 firms didn’t even call back. Then spotted Andy’s page THANK GOODNESS. I found Andy to be very professional and helpful, turned up on time put all his protection gear on and got on with the job till it was all completed and also vacuumed the attic. I was very happy with Andy’s work and would definitely recommend. THANKS AGAIN.

During the Covid Outbreak... I started hearing scratching through my walls. Being a ‘google expert!’ (as some of us tend to be these days....) and a big ‘fearty!!!!’ I knew this wasn’t something I could solve myself. I was already having sleepless nights that swarms of wasps were going to invade my home (I saw one wasp enter my home under the eaves!) or that my house would be eaten from the inside out by an infestation of rats/mice.
Then after calling ‘Fife Pest Control Services’... along came Andy to my rescue. Never a more genuine worker in their post who straight away listened to my ‘theories’ and put me at ease. As it was during ‘lockdown last also- he was fully equipped for this so I vacated the premises to let him get on with the job. He knew it was most likely not wasps but for my anxiety levels I asked him to treat the eaves. We kept in touch over the next few days and as the noise worsened he came back as laid bait for what he knew this to be. He then came back again... to check up all was in hand. He was absolutely outstanding with his professionalism, you could just tell that he cared about the customer and what the problem was. He was there until the problem was well and truly solved. I will certainly be recommending them to any other ‘unfortunate’ household who is in need of a fantastic and reliable company. Well done and thank you.
