Had no Heating and hot water and British Gas couldn’t get someone out in Midlothian for over a week so called Terry Healy group and David came round with in 3 hrs and replaced my pump. He was courteous / charming / knowledgeable and careful not to make any mess. Explained everything he was doing and why. Then had Steve out to quote for a new boiler because of David’s work. Very professional customer focused company. My absolute go to for anything electrical / plumbing from now on. Thank you

I cannot praise this company enough. From initial call out to a boiler that was on its way out, to someone arriving within an hour and a half to look at it (when I was not an active customer) to getting a quote the next day, and a new boiler installed by the following week. As noted by previous customers in their reviews, professional, efficient and great communication. Thank you to all involved, Gail, Darren, Steven, Eliot and Scott. A great firm to work with and would highly recommend.

Today is the 2nd time I have used the Terry Healy Group, one was for what turned about to be a “nothing” leak in the roof and the 2nd one was for an emergency boiler repair.
On both occasions the guys who came out were polite and courteous and in my humble opinion knew “their stuff”.
The 2nd visit today was due to a boiler breakdown, with outside temperatures down in the minus figures, a well know national company could not offer an engineer until 6 days later and after a call to Sharon in the office, Darren arrived an hour later and had the issue resolved and the heating back on. We always knew the boiler would need replaced but now we are looking to Terry Healy to do the work and ASAP!

Was quoted for a garage roof repair and the team was able to complete the work within the timescales estimated, and on cost, with no issues. The new roof looks good and the guys tidied up after themselves and worked courteously over the two days. I would definitely recommend Terry Healy Roofing.

Very happy with the work done by the guys at Terry Healy. They re-roofed my flat roof and painted my external walls. They were prompt, tidy and explained process, plus kept me informed when weather was bad. Friendly chaps looking to do the best job. Great jobs guys.

All aspects of the job were completed to a high standard, within the estimated timeframe and cost as per the quote.
The joiners in particular were very professional and paid attention to the small details that make the difference. They offered good advice as the job progressed and suggested a couple of small changes to the original plan which gave a better end result.
Everyone involved genuinely cared that I was happy with the job and they carried out the work in a pleasant and obliging manner.

I had the Terry Healy Group out on two separate occasions for two different jobs.
In January 2019 I had them out to fit new windows and doors. From the initial consultation through to job completion, the team assigned were extremely helpful and very professional.
In July 2019 I had them out again to build a deck in the back garden. Once again, the job was done to a very high standard and one of the team even went around fixing loose bits of fencing that wasn't in the job description.

Our old conservatory floor was removed and new concrete floor installed in a very professional manner by friendly team who arrived on time and tidied up afterwards. We are really pleased with the finished job and would recommend anyone to use the firm in the future

They kept us well informed at every stage of the job and all their employees were very polite and professional. They delivered on time, on budget and the result is superb. We have used this company on three separate occasions to carry out roof work and repair of gutters and downpipes.
All work was carried out on time, to a high standard and to the agreed price.
Company employees were unfailingly polite and took the time to explain what was needed. Photographs were taken to enable us (at ground level) to understand the extent of the work required.
An added extra was the quality of follow up and admin carried from company HQ - something often lacking from others in the industry
