TCD have completed several construction projects for me over the last few years. They include creating a window in a wall and replacing a large French door with a wall & window. On both these occasions the jobs were done professionally and in accordance with architectural plans. They even took time to match the harling so the aesthetic was perfect. Exceptional attention to detail.
This year TCD renovated my old Granny Flat creating a totally new, 2 floor interior. Their attention to detail and professional, high quality workmanship resulted in a beautiful space that's both functional and chic. Once again, they adhered to architectural plans and building regulations.
The project aftercare is also excellent; both prompt and courteous.

TCD installed a second bathroom into a new space and did a variety of other renovations to our flat, using all trades. As we weren’t at the property, Darren communicated brilliantly with us, kept us informed, and couldn’t do enough to assist us. The whole team worked extremely hard to keep to the timeframe. Their problem solving got us out of a few fixes and all the workmanship was completed to a high standard. The snagging list was much shorter than I could ever have expected especially as we weren’t there while the work was carried out and was dealt with efficiently.
