Requested Colin to come out to repair a cracked shower tray. He arrived on time, very polite, surveyed job and decided not to complete work due to it being pointless due to movement in crack. His honesty was appreciated unlike others who would have carried out job regardless. He charged nothing...not even a call out fee. Top bloke.

Colin's a star. Selling our house and had a sink with multiple cracks in it. Got in touch with Colin, sent him photos and got him in to work his magic.

Colin was polite, efficient and tidy and explained everything fully to us. The repairs; he restored a burnt, white worktop and also restored several chips in a porcelain bathroom sink. Both are fantastic, like new. Saving a lot of money, not to mention stress on replacements.

Colin treated multiple dark stains on our wooden kitchen countertop and made it look like new again. It’s not cheap but this is skilled work, so I guess you get what you pay for. Would absolutely use him again for anything related to surfaces. He’s a lovely guy, very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Colin has made my Belfast sink like new. It was chipped and stained and now it looks amazing.

I approached Surface Tech (Colin) to see if he could repair chips and gouges in my kitchen floor and work surface. Colin got in touch very promptly to determine the work required and we agreed on the price for the work. Colin communicated throughout and arrived at the agreed date and time. The work to repair both the kitchen floor and work surface was completed to a very high standard and negates the need for replacing the whole floor. Very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Incredible Job. Would never have known the shower tray was cracked in the first place. All fixed in around 1 hour too. Colin is very friendly and easy to talk to.

Colin’s repairs on the surface of our enamel bath are immaculate. There were two large chips caused by a falling glass shower screen. The repairs blend invisibly with the enamel and Colin has saved us the expense and trouble of replacing the whole bath.

Colin worked hard and left the bathroom as he found it. He is also a nice person to have in the house.

We had a crack in our bath and asked Surface Tech to repair it. Colin did an absolutely fantastic job. Great communication, great attitude and a wonderful eye for detail. You would never know where the repair had been carried out. Absolutely delighted and highly recommended!

Our acrylic bath had developed loads of strange marks that we simply could not remove with anything. The idea of ripping it out and replacing it seemed like a massive and expensive hassle. Colin repaired a large chip in the decton of my kitchen island. I was really pleased with the result.
Despite it being a very light grey colour, he matched the repair to the colour really well.
And I had to look really hard to find where the chip had been.
Colin was friendly, professional and tidy.

Colin completely transformed my wood kitchen counters - they were in very bad shape but now look brand new. He also repaired a number of chips in the bathtub and one on an enamel cupboard door, all invisibly. An absolutely wonderful job patching up old, textured wallpaper, he even matched the 7 year old paint colour!

Surface Tech were responsive and regular communicators, pleasant and professional in the house, and most importantly the quality of their work was exceptional. Not really sure what I else I can tell anyone looking for a surface repair ... the service was fantastic and I'd wait to secure his time again. Being in demand is almost always a good sign!

Colin is a real artist when it comes to ceramic repairs

We had a couple of chip repairs carried out on our kitchen granite worktops. We had contacted our original installer but was not very interested or helpful to get it fixed. The original supplier of the granite recommended Surface Tech who they had used before as being very knowledgeable and after contacting them they promptly came to our house and did a first class repair which blended in perfectly with the existing worktop.
I would certainly recommend using this company again for any similar type of repairs in the future.

Colin was great, communicated really well and did an AMAZING job, I honestly can say that you can’t tell that there were ever any holes in the floor that he fixed.

Would highly recommend Colin at Surface Tech. Our dog slipped and pierced our bath leaving a pretty big hole. Colin asked for pictures and quoted me a price and stuck to it. He was very courteous in arranging a date and time and texted when on his way. Incredibly trust worthy. Let me know when the loud machines were going to be switched on. Most of all his attention to detail was second to none. I now have a gleaming usable bath again and no the dog won't be allowed in it!! Five star service.

We had a chip in our new bath, so the plumber arranged for this company to come and repair it. Colin was so polite, friendly and arrived as planned. He worked on the bath and the final results are brilliant! We would highly recommend this company. Colin also advised that he could repair so many items that most people would put down to never being able to be fixed! He can also change a white UPVC door a colour of your liking! Never thought this would be possible!

Colin come out to fix a crack in the shower tray and from start to finish Colin was very professional and courteous- a real breath of fresh air to the trade industry! The initial phone conversation and messages to sort out the appointment date happened seamlessly. On the day he arrived early and even offered to take off his shoes when he was at the front door, which is the attitude of a trader who respects a client's property and space. He was friendly, approachable and considerate, answering all the questions I had and informing me when he was about to do bits of the work that were noisy. He cleaned up the shower area where he had been working and left everything very tidy. I highly recommend Colin and wish I could give the company ten stars!

I was really pleased with the work undertaken by Surface Tech. My wooden worktops were in a bad way with excessive use and water damage. The worktops were all sanded back and re-oiled and look great. Colin from Surface Tech came to our house last week to repair 2 damaged tiles on a fireplace hearth. He did an amazing job and they now look like new.
