Pressure washing the patio in the back garden and the front path area in early August 2022. Kamil and Lucasz did a very good job and the areas cleaned still look excellent six months on. Kamil was very helpful and efficient in mending a garden pot which got broken.

Was extremely happy with Strata Cleaning. Had a good and helpful discussion with Steven before work commenced on the monobloc on my driveway. Very good communication in organising dates for work, and the work was carried out promptly and efficiently.

We chose Strata to do a deep clean of an unoccupied flat which is being sold. We found the company to be very efficient and professional; from our initial meeting at the property, to receiving quote promptly and the subsequent scheduling of the job. Communication was excellent which is rather rare these days! We visited the property today and found that all the pre-agreed cleaning and specifics had been completed to the total satisfaction of my wife and myself. We would have no hesitation in recommending Strata to family, friends and others.

Delighted with the roof cleaning work done. 100% satisfaction guaranteed and received! The colour of the roof is very consistent compared to hand scraping alone. They also pointed out where some maintenance was required, so we can be assured out roof is in the best condition for the next few years. Thanks Kamil, Stephen & team.

The guttering of my roof and the roof itself were cleared of debris and thoroughly cleaned. Unbeknown to me a down pipe had been blocked near ground level and this was cleared out too. The guys completed the work within the timescale, tidied up afterwards and removed all the debris from my driveway and path. My daughter had recommended Strata Cleaning Ltd to me after having her roof cleaned and I am happy to recommend them too.

I had the exterior of my conservatory cleaned and slabs in a patio area power washed. The reply to my initial email was prompt and Steven the Director came out to inspect the work to be carried out the following day, following up with an estimate by email that evening. The staff arrived on time and were courteous and professional in the way they executed the work. I was delighted in that even though I have had both cleaned in the past the results surpassed cleaning carried out previously. There was a follow-up visit the following morning by Steven and an invitation to call them back out if I wasn't happy with any aspect. It is increasingly difficult to get work carried out so efficiently and effectively so if these values are important to you do not hesitate in using this company.

Next door neighbour's house had a fire and we spent an evening with firemen in wet, dirty boots coming and going to communicate with us. Our carpets, unsurprisingly, looked awful after that but this excellent, friendly firm made a brilliant job of cleaning them. Top marks for everyone in the firm and for their high grade equipment.
