Rollo Development Ltd have carried out a number of small and medium sized projects for our organisation with the minimum of fuss and to a high standard and are highly rated by our architect.

We had a knock through with supporting beam; rewiring; adding another radiator; painting and carpentry. Sean's communication was excellent and the works timely. We were really happy with the job.

Rollo Developments undertook a complete refit of an ensuite bathroom as well as a number of other miscellaneous carpentry and plumbings jobs. We have used Sean and his team for a number of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in our rental properties and we find them to be really reliable, professional and the finished product to be excellent. They are not the cheapest out there but they have attention to detail, give great ideas on design and we find that you get what you pay for. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

Really pleased with the finished result, complete refurbishment of a small office and creation of a contemporary co-working space in the heart of Edinburgh. Sean helped us to get around some tricky design issues to make the area safe, light and spacious.
Overall, very happy with the design, product and service. However, when it came to snagging and completion, engagement and service fell away. For this part of the project, timelines slipped and we had to chase for responses. Disappointing, given that up to this point, i would have given Rollo 5* for service.

I had a very tricky Victorian bathroom renovation which had lots of intricate pipework and a very small and awkward layout. I had contacted three well-known high street bathroom companies and no-one would take on the project. I was recommended Rollo Developments from a friend and was blown away by the service I received from Design advice to Project Management then the aftercare. Nothing was a problem for Sean and the team. Everyone turned up when they said they would, they were tidy and respectful and genuinely lovely to deal with.

On both occasions Sean made himself available promptly to discuss the work and was quick to provide an estimate and a timescale.
