Rollo developments replastered a wall for us, and built a bespoke TV shelving unit for our living room. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. We had a new kitchen fitted. The team were excellent. The finished job is of high quality and we are very pleased with it. We especially appreciated the good communication as the work progressed. We had a problem with the floor that was fitted and Sean sorted this out for us without any difficulty. All in all, a great job and we will be using Sean and his team again for another project again in the near future.

We had an old garden gate replaced by Rollo Developments. From start to finish the service was excellent. They turned up when they said they would both to initially measure up and then to fit the gate once it had been manufactured off site. The gate itself was fantastic quality and the guys stayed late to get the fitting finished in one day. I would definitely use Rollo again !

We are really pleased that we chose Rollo Developments for our project and our house looks unrecognisable. 3 walls and a chimney were removed in our 1930s bungalow to create an open plan kitchen/ living space with roof lantern and bifold doors onto the garden. The house also had a full rewire with future proofing in mind for later projects e.g. converting the attic. Sean was really helpful with well considered advice and provided options throughout the works which evolved over time. The works were well project managed, communication was excellent and we developed a lot of trust. Sean also helped with organising, planning and fitting our new kitchen. We didn’t expect to be able to afford a kitchen of that quality on our budget and are so pleased that we didn’t go with the high street brand we were initially considering. We will definitely work with Rollo Developments again in the future and can highly recommend.

The work & service received from Rollo developments was second to none, very clinical & professional. The work that they carried out was amazing, they were there everyday on time when the said they would be and finish on the work carried out was superb. This was a significant renovation project that required a building warrant for the significant changes made to the building. Sean is a pleasure to work with. I only wish that other contractors that I used were as professional. Queries and calls are answered promptly and there is no need to chase. Sean has very strong project management skills and a good eye for detail. The work carried out by his team is of exceptional quality and very good value. I can thoroughly recommend the bespoke joinery.

Rollo developments also has a very good list of sub-contractors that he works well with and whose quality of work is also very high. The only problems that I had with the project all came from sub-contractors that Rollo did not recommend or use themselves. If I were doing a similar project again I would not use any sub-contractors that weren't associated or willing/able to work with Rollo Developments.

Sean and his team undertook a full refurbishment on our one bedroom Georgian Apartment. His swift response at the outset, including a site meeting and further consultation immediately set the tone for what was to come. Work commenced very quickly and we were kept fully up to speed every step of the way. It was clear the level of workmanship was key to Sean, in addition to meeting his client’s expectations. Overall we were very pleased with the service that was provided and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rollo to everyone we know!

We originally used Rollo development for a new kitchen and some structural work. They were so good that we had them back a few times since for a new bathroom, new doors, new windows and some outside work.
Rollo’s service is outstanding. From the initial planning where Sean is bringing his own ideas to the project and helping to accommodate all our wishes while still keeping everything in budget, to the actual work being carried out on time and again within budget. There is always a follow up to make sure the end product is up to a very high standard. The workmen are very friendly and tidy, which helps if you have a longer project.
