I was given Lees company through a third party and to be honest I was a bit unsure at first
Having fully discussed my requirements for a combi boiler and full central heating system it was obvious that Lee knew his “ trade” He in particular recommended that the boiler I was after was a very highly rated product but he tactfully suggested I was asking for a product that was “ too big” for my requirements but he very quickly understood my needs for a large hot water supply and agreed that the boiler in question would meet my needs completely
We discussed all aspects of the job and he agreed to contact me with a full quotation which arrived as promised
His price certainly was not the cheapest but I was happy to proceed as I was satisfied that he fully understood my needs
He completed the job in the time frame specified fitting all the radiators ( supplied by me ) in a very professional manner with the able assistance of his qualified son Sean
Gave me a good handover so I fully understood how to work the whole system
Paid him in full for the agreed amount and I was very happy that whilst he was not the cheapest he provided a first class job very worth the money
I had cause to ask him to quote for a “ drain “ problem which whilst being very busy he agreed to to in a couple of days and again a first class job

Super impressed. Quoted for a boiler install and worked around my odd schedule to make it happen. Identified dependencies to the install that would potentially cause problems later, and resolved these to ensure everything was up and running. Arrived on time, was clean and tidy, and done within the specified time - would 100% use in the future. Will be using for the yearly service. Now enjoying hot water courtesy of a combination boiler!

My kitchen sink was emitting a foul odour and needed to be fixed. I called the number for RST plumbing and instantly found the manner in which I was spoken to and treated as polite, honest and hardworking. Lee sent his son to my property to take photos on his phone to send back as Lee himself could not attend on the first day. Then Lee said he would arrive at 8am on Thursday 25 August to carry out the work.

It turned out I needed to have a durgo valve installed, an anti, a new basket waste drainer fitted and an anti-syphon trap installed, the aim being to eliminate any future odours. He also flushed the pipes through with sulphuric acid to give them a thorough clean.

I was really happy with the service, the respect I was given as a customer and the work carried out. Lee and his son Shaun were polite, friendly and honest and gained my trust instantly. I thought that for the size of job it was and given that parts needed to be bought and a morning's worth of work needed to be done, they charged a perfectly reasonable price and I was more than happy to pay that for a renewal of old kitchen equipment.

We have used Jake for lots of plumbing issues in our new home. The latest being a replacement boiler. I cannot rate his efficiency enough. Really happy with all works carried out and at an extremely reasonable price.

When we look to choose a trades person, there are always questions we ask ourselves - Will they be reasonably priced? Will they arrive when they state they will? Will they tidy up after the job is completed? Will they be knowledgeable about the job at hand? Will they be professional and polite and listen to your views and ideas? Will they do a good job?

Jake has fitted new boilers in a number of properties that I manage. He is always on time, excellent communication and great work. I would not hesitate to recommend RST Plumbing and Heating

Our electric hot water heater was only putting out a couple of seconds of hot water before going cold. Lee was super responsive and walked us through the problem, replacing both heating elements as there was evidence of leaking. When then didn't resolve the problem he came back and worked out what we needed to do next. We supplied the part he thought was the issue and came out on a Sunday (!) to fix it for us.

He was clear and approachable the entire way through and we'll definitely be using him again and recommending him to others.

Lee's response was fast and quote reasonable. Work to remove a waste disposal unit carried out effectively, efficiently, tidily and at the agreed time.

Social distancing was maintained throughout.

Lee has consistently provided an excellent service throughout the last 5 years that I’ve used him. Lee recently done 2 gas safety tests for my rental properties.
In the past Lee has installed 2 boilers for me and attended and serviced many emergencies from leaks to boiler maintenances. Lee has also fitted bathroom suites and kitchen sinks and appliances for my joinery firm.
