We pride ourselves on a 100% pass rate on all building warrant jobs we have taken on to date. Paul and the team were great! From the day they provided a quote until the job was complete, communication and work was first class. They fitted herringbone floor in our dining room and hallway, leaving a brilliant finish in both, despite the hall being an octagon they worked wonders in completing the job and would recommend to anyone!

Pro Cut Joinery & Building sourced & fitted internal doors & a sliding patio doors at our property. They listened carefully to the work we would like done, gave advice & spent the time to source options. The work was completed in one day for each piece of work, Paul, Bobbi & their team are extremely efficient & cleared up after the job was complete. Pro Cut has just completed an en suite addition to our 1930's bungalow. It was clear from my first contact with the firm's Paul and Bobbi that I was dealing with people who were both honest and knowledgeable. Work started on the day agreed and I found that the rest of the team were highly skilled, friendly and always willing to discuss their work. Their skills have resulted in the project, due to be completed in a fortnight, being completed a day early. We are delighted with the result and it is a pleasure to recommend this firm.

This is the second time we have used Pro Cut. Their work was impressive the first time, installing a bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe space in our loft space - they went way above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome. They didn't disappoint this time either, we had a whole new kitchen put in and it looks fabulous. Throughout the process they kept us informed, were neat and tidy, always cleaned up after them, which is something of an anathema for most builders, paid attention to detail and were happy to do wee tasks we hadn't factored in when originally discussing the brief.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. You know you are in safe hands with Pro Cut. They will do a brilliant job, attend to any snagging, keep it all within budget and keep you up to speed with developments. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just fabulous

Very happy customer - Amazing professional job!
Pro Cut just finished a renovation for us which included taking down a wall, new windows & doors, installing new kitchen & appliances, new internal door, flooring throughout and outdoor door canopy. We could not be happier with the finished outcome!!!! The guys are masters of their trade, with great communication, very professional, organised all the other trades (electrician, plumber, plasterer) to ensure the work moved a pace and on time! This is the 3rd time we have used Pro Cut and would highly recommend! Thank you for transforming our home!

Paul & Bobbi were absolutely brilliant, the best tradespeople I've used. They knocked through a large load-bearing wall for us. The work was done to the highest degree and well ahead of schedule. They proactively communicated throughout the duration of the project and were very accommodating. My father now plans to use their services, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

New Windows, external doors and skylight replaced with a larger velux window. We are very happy with quality of the windows and doors that were supplied and fitted. The workmanship and communication was excellent from start to finish and even a silly wee question I had about the mechanism on the back door someone actually came out later that day to help and show it was just stiff due to the newness so above and beyond in terms of service too. All the guys that worked on the job were nice and chatty and cleaned up after themselves to a high standard too. 5 stars all round so would recommend and use again.

Full reconfiguration of our downstairs. Walls removed, new living room, WC, and utility created and stunning new kitchen/dining room fitted. We were new to a project of this size and the way Pro Cut assisted us from start to finish was amazing. All the team were thoroughly professional at all times and house and garden were left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Communication throughout the project was superb and we are delighted with the end result and would certainly recommend.

The job we required was painting of the entire flat, fitting a laminate floor in the two bedrooms and replacing the sinks in the bathroom. The job was very well executed and all within 5 days.

Can't say enough about how good these guys were.
The built us a kitchen extension complete with new kitchen, flooring and decking.
Neighbours, friends and ourselves were impressed by the work ethic from the team. Progress was rapid and to a very high standard. They were punctual and polite, left the site tidy at the end of the day. The job started on time. They helped us with the final kitchen layout and choices of floor, outside render and deck. It works great.
They finished just in time for lockdown around 6 months ago. We have not had a single snag to worry us.
We have enjoyed using the new kitchen and outside living space over the spring and summer.

We had a single window cut into the side of the house along with a double window removed and cut to apply the new opening for patio doors to be fitted.
The guys from ProCut where very professional and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
The minute the boys set foot in the door they never stopped.

Finding a trustworthy, reliable and good builder is not easy as we’ve heard many horror stories. However, the Pro Cut Team are certainly all of this and more. From start to finish their professionalism and works completed were excellent!
They extended our attic conversion with a dormer and from the initial meeting we were extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and ideas. We made a few changes throughout the build and nothing was a problem and they were so accommodating.
We were kept fully updated throughout the build, the place was always left tidy and we are absolutely delighted with the finished outcome.
In fact, we were so delighted with the work that we decided last minute to get new matching windows the same colour as our new dormer. This wasn’t an issue at all and they were ordered up the same day and installed so quickly.
We would highly recommend Pro Cut to anyone who is looking for building and joinery works. Professional, trustworthy, very reliable, hard working with an excellent finish!!

Pro Cut laid laminate flooring in our utility room. The workmen were punctual, polite and did an excellent job, with a high attention to detail. We were kept fully informed of progress, both in the run-up to the work and on the day of installation. While perhaps not the cheapest, the quality of work, materials and finishing represented excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would certainly use again.

We used Pro Cut to build our extension, creating a new kitchen/living room. Managing roofers, electricians, plumbers and plasters throughout.

We couldn’t have asked for anymore, they arrived everyday early, even throughout two weeks of heavy snow, they still managed to get the job done ahead of schedule. Making sure any disruption was kept to a minimum while the old external wall and kitchen was being removed.
Taking time out of their own evening to speak to us when we had been at work, to chat through what the next steps were.
The work they completed was excellent, the before and after pictures speak for them self. Would highly recommend.

Bobbi and his team always came to the flat when they said they would, responded really quickly by email and were friendly, professional and helpful to deal with. We had a really tight timescale to fit a large wooden floor before our entire family arrived for the weekend. They pulled out all the stops to fit our job in, working late and showing up promptly in the mornings to make up for lost time when our flooring supplier let us down. Great overall service and results.

We used Procut to create a kitchen diner in our 25 year old house. This involved removing a supporting wall between two rooms and moving an existing patio door and swapping it round with a window. Procut and their partners undertook the building work, kitchen fit, plumbing, electrical, plastering, flooring and decorating.
Paul and Bobbi were excellent to work with from start to finish, working around us living in the property and working as quickly as possible to finish the job to allow life to return to normal. Their communication was excellent and whilst the job was ongoing went out of their way to make themselves available to speak to us by phone or text each evening after I had finished work.
The quality of the finish is excellent and they were very responsive to feedback whilst the job was ongoing, guiding me through the process with building standards as well.
Highly recommend.

All work is done to a very high standard and the lads go out of there way to make sure that you are happy with the result.

I used Procut Joinery and Building to remove an internal load bearing wall to create a kitchen/diner. They inserted a steel beam, installed underfloor heating and laid a hardwood floor. Kitchen worktops and appliances were replaced, area was plastered and associated electrics done. I was very impressed with the speed at which they completed the job for a very competitive price. The project was well-managed from start to finish and they were exceptionally tidy. Communication was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
