We pride ourselves on a 100% pass rate on all building warrant jobs we have taken on to date. We supply an efficient, clean and tidy first class service ranging from a small repair job including, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Floors, Doors, Decking &Fencing, Staircases, Windows, Conservatory’s to the larger projects.

The company is run by two time served Edinburgh Joiners who both have over 15 years experience, our duties include dealing with the company needs and listening to clients detailed requirements.
We can provide a full service from Planning, Architectural and Structural Drawings to completion or can be commissioned to take clients existing plans and make them a reality.
In our experience now more than ever we have found it important to deliver a high standard of work at a competitive rate, to achieve this we offer fixed estimates with stage payment plans all to a signed contract depending on the size of the project. Bobbi and his team always came to the flat when they said they would, responded really quickly by email and were friendly, professional and helpful to deal with. We had a really tight timescale to fit a large wooden floor before our entire family arrived for the weekend. They pulled out all the stops to fit our job in, working late and showing up promptly in the mornings to make up for lost time when our flooring supplier let us down. Great overall service and results.

We used Procut to create a kitchen diner in our 25 year old house. This involved removing a supporting wall between two rooms and moving an existing patio door and swapping it round with a window. Procut and their partners undertook the building work, kitchen fit, plumbing, electrical, plastering, flooring and decorating.
Paul and Bobbi were excellent to work with from start to finish, working around us living in the property and working as quickly as possible to finish the job to allow life to return to normal. Their communication was excellent and whilst the job was ongoing went out of their way to make themselves available to speak to us by phone or text each evening after I had finished work.
The quality of the finish is excellent and they were very responsive to feedback whilst the job was ongoing, guiding me through the process with building standards as well.
Highly recommend.

We have had a lot of work done in our house from the lads at Procut Joinery.
We recently got new windows put in by Procut Joinery and as usual we were not disappointed.
All work is done to a very high standard and the lads go out of there way to make sure that you are happy with the result.

I used Procut Joinery and Building to remove an internal load bearing wall to create a kitchen/diner. They inserted a steel beam, installed underfloor heating and laid a hardwood floor. Kitchen worktops and appliances were replaced, area was plastered and associated electrics done. I was very impressed with the speed at which they completed the job for a very competitive price. The project was well-managed from start to finish and they were exceptionally tidy. Communication was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Fantastic from start to finish on job big and small - I would highly recommend Pro Cut. They are a professional company whose workmanship is to an extremely high standard and their work ethic matches that. They fitted our kitchen in a week and kept the disrubtion to a minimum. The standard of work is excellent along with all the other trades they provided.
