Darren and his team are total professionals. If you're looking to install double glazed Georgian sash windows of the highest quality at a reasonable price, look no further. I had acoustic glass installed to reduce road noise and it has made a world of difference. I will be using Pren again to double glaze the rest of my flat. Highly recommended.

The first paint job wasn’t as good as I hoped for and when I mentioned it, I was immediately contacted and another painter was sent round to sort the next day and did a brilliant job. The level of customer service is exceptional and so I booked in another job for January. Great team and listening to your clients is the key to their success.

Pren supplied, fitted and painted two new double-glazed wooden sash & case windows (replacing previous uPVC) and refurbished the original curved wooden bow windows of the traditional Edinburgh tenement flat, which were in a sorry state.

You would not know the original windows were not brand new- half-rotted wood made good, sloppy previous paint on the glass scraped clean. The flat is so much warmer, wind-tight and all windows now open for ventilation or cleaning as smooth as silk.

Communications were excellent throughout, the work of high quality, done on time and the tradespeople particularly pleasant, hard-working and trustworthy. Snagging, such as touching up some scraped woodwork, was cheerfully made good. I have had several sets of renovations done to my old flat over the decades, and this was professional, trouble-free and very good value for money, especially when compared to the quotes from competitors.

Refurbished 3 sash windows which had been letting in a draught for years. I thought they did a great job, turned up when they said they would and were very clean and tidy. I have another 10 windows planned in for refurbishment with Pren now.

The team at Pren were extremely professional and helpful from the outset, the level of customer service just brilliant, we received a quote on the spot which really impressed us. We needed all of our Sash & Case windows replaced and wished to upgrade with double glazing. Being in a conservation area Pren explained the needs for planning and took care of the application on our behalf. We were kept fully informed of progress at all times throughout the project. Our windows were fitted on time and the workmanship and experience of the team was excellent, we are thoroughly delighted with the over all finish and cannot recommend Pren Joinery highly enough. We will definately use Pren again for our kitchen upgrade in the coming months and have already sang their praises to colleagues and friends.
