Had my loft converted by pinnacle they were fantastic on time everyday very clean and tidy and completed the works in budget and in great time couldn’t be happier would definitely use these guys again! Top work.

Pinnacle offers a very high standard of work, would recommend to anyone thinking about getting a conversion!

Jim and his guys did a brilliant job, extremely professional, friendly, clean and reliable. The works were carried with no delays, materials were showing up day by day perfectly on time for builders to use them, very little wastage, you could tell these guys knew perfectly what they were doing. The original quotation was very fair and Jim maintained his promises by not asking for a penny more, no surprises, I was constantly updated on a daily base, even when “not expected” jobs were needed Jim carried them within the budget, I could not be any happier. The council approved the conversion with no issues, Jim followed me from the very start to the very end! Just a brilliant job!

We used Pinnacle Lofts for a loft conversion with a dormer window. It was competitively priced and there were no surprise additional fees and each unexpected problem was dealt with efficiently. The project was done on time too.

Jim was friendly and communicative throughout and we are very happy with the end result. Would recommend.

Jim’s team at Pinacle Lofts did great work for us. There were a lot of different tradespeople in our home and everyone was great to work with and respectful of our space even as they were working.
