Daniel of Patersons Pro Cleaning repaired my moth damaged carpet and did a wonderful job. He and his colleague Declan then cleaned the carpet and left it looking brand new. I wll definitely be using them again, if necessary.

Carpets and rugs cleaned . Natalie and Daniel came at 9.30am as planned and worked non stop for over 3 hrs removing a particularly bad stain after I spilled Ariel liquid. First class job.

We had our house deep cleaned to a very high standard. Two minor mistakes, radiator tops not put back and oven symbols cleaned away! Both were amended and corrected; radiators on the same evening, symbols one week later. The staff were friendly, courteous and hard working. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I just want to say thank you again for the amazing job you did for us last week. As you know, my brother had been taken into hospital with mental health issues and left his house in a terrible state, every room was filthy, cluttered and completely unhygienic. You worked incredibly hard to clear the rubbish and clean the house top to bottom and I can honestly say the end result is AMAZING, better than I could have imagined. I felt quite emotional when I saw the house clean - it feels like a proper home again. The thoughtful touches - family photos, paintings re-hung on the walls - make such a difference. The guys carried out an end of Tenancy clean on a large rental property in Edinburgh. They did an absolutely tremendous job. I don’t believe the kitchen has been this clean for years! There was real attention to detail throughout from people who clearly care about their result and their customer’s satisfaction. It was also really helpful to get everything including the carpets and windows cleaned by the same company. On top of that they were very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again.

I have just had all my carpets cleaned by Patersons Pro Cleaning and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a completely professional service from a very efficient and friendly team. One of the rooms was particularly challenging and now all the carpets look like new. Money well spent!

We arranged for carpet cleaning before moving into our new house. The previous owner had a dog and I’m allergic so, although the carpets were in relatively good condition, they did need a good clean. Patersons Pro came out to give a quote and were friendly and professional. They advised on any marks or stains that wouldn’t come out which was helpful and meant we knew what to expect upfront.
Their price was a little higher than other quotes we received but we were impressed with the customer service and they were able to fit us in just before our move which was ideal. They did a brilliant job on the day and our carpets have come up great. We’d highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Patersons gave us an estimate for carpet cleaning promptly and an early date for the work to be carried out. They did not overpromise and did a thorough job which we are pleased with. They explained why some stains could not be removed and we fully accept their reasons.
