Montali installed a new boiler and central heating system.
From the start they were very professional, friendly and helpful. They understood exactly what we wanted and created a plan based on our needs. We knew exactly what was going to happen.
The installation went well. The team were friendly and very efficient. They tidied up far better than I usually do. Apart from the shiny new heaters, you could not have known anyone had been working. No mess, no worry.
After sales service was excellent too with phone call and visit from the sales agent to check we were happy and understood how our new system worked.
I cannot praise them highly enough and can thoroughly recommend Montali to anyone looking for a boiler or heating system.

Montali installed an additional radiator in the kitchen. The full process was first class: initial visit to discuss requirement, estimate quote & radiator installation. The engineers who installed the radiator did a great job, so much so that when they left, apart from seeing the new radiator, you wouldn’t know they had been there. Would highly recommend Montali.

Montali Energy Services replaced our boiler a few weeks ago. This was a big job replacing pipes, radiators and boiler.

This job involved the complete re-plumb – heating and water – for a large 250-year-old home in East Lothian. Right from the off, Ross and Ali demonstrated a “can do” approach. Ali and Chris spent two weeks on site – along with all the other Montali tradesmen. There were plenty of unexpected challenges along the way – which required problem solving skills and determination to find – not just any answer – but the best answer. The team took real pride in their work. Ali and Chris worked really hard – and were a pleasure to have round the house. At the end of the job we are extremely happy – and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Outstanding.

Have just had my 23 year old boiler replaced by Montali because their estimate was very reasonable . The whole process was so simple from beginning to end . Ross and Alistair arrived at 0800 and the boiler replace and up and working by 1400. They really worked brilliantly as a team and I am delighted with their workmanship. On my experience would certainly recommend Montali.

Montali installed a full brand new combi boiler, pipe work and radiators in my three bedroom home after my backboiler was ready to be shut down for good after 40 years. From the initial tech survey to the completion they were really professional.
They arrived early and got straight to work at 0745. I got a call at 2pm that afternoon to say the work was completed. I came home to a beautifully installed system. Radiators positioned well, hot water tanks removed and my floors all put back together. I would highly recommend them for your install. Very professional and efficient. Really pleased with the new boiler they installed. Spent a lot of time in advance investigating exactly what they'd need to do to get the job done efficiently. Colin always very helpful, and they happily popped back a couple of times to sort out a few teething problems. Impressive.

We needed to replace an old faulty back boiler by a combi one. We contacted half a dozen companies and finally Montali. Colin came to assess the job. He listened carefully to what we wanted done and he very clearly explained how it could be done. Then a week or so later everything went like clockwork. The workers were all fast, efficient and polite and our new central heating is now working perfectly well. Last but not least, communication is really easy with all the members of the team: phone calls, emails, text messages are always immediately answered.

Replacement of system boiler with new Combi boiler. From start to finish, the team were very professional with great care and attention. Everything went like clockwork. Boiler installation: I am very glad that I chose this company. I wanted to be sure that my new boiler would be energy efficient (out of respect for the planet), and was impressed that Colin who came to give me an estimate, did not try to talk me into buying a bigger or more expensive boiler than needed for my flat while still emphasizing quality and reliability. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly. The young men who came to install the boiler were thoughtful and courteous, respecting Covid regulations, completing the job in a tidy and professional manner. The work was carried out to a very high standard. From our first contact with Montali to the completion of the work this was a very efficient and smooth running job. The engineers were on time, courteous and very efficient. When the job was completed Ross explained the controls on the new boiler and advised on the most efficient use of the system to suit us. The old boiler and radiators were uplifted the same day. We would have no hesitation recommending the Montali team.

The installed a new boiler for us. They arrived on time and completed the work as planned in a tidy, efficient and professional manner. This included bringing a cherry picker on site to install the flue through the roof.

I had a new boiler and water tank installed by Montali last week. Montali were my preferred choice (I asked two other companies to quote for the work) because of Alastair’s positive attitude towards wanting to win my business and the fact that he came up with the perfect solution to my requirements.
On the day the team of Alastair, Ross and Mark worked very well together and they did a great job. They arrived on time, the workmanship was of a very high standard, the job was completed on schedule and they did a great job of tidying up afterwards. The pricing of the work undertaken was also very competitive.

Montali removed an outdated electric heating system including 6 old radiators and a water tank, replacing it with a new combi boiler, 4 new radiators and a heated towel rail. The work was completed in a day and an engineer came back at a later date to complete the final stages at my request. Quote was the best I had received from 5 different companies in terms of cost, availability and timescales for the work.

Alastair and the rest of the team were fantastic throughout - work was completed to a high standard and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The team were polite and friendly, and Alastair and Suzanne were always on hand to answer any queries I had. Delighted with the results. Highly recommended.

Replacement of boiler. Excellent work - efficient, courteous and tidy.

Had a Worcester Bosch Compact boiler and two bathroom towel heaters fitted. The heating engineers arrived at 8 am and worked tidily and professionally the whole day. The electrician came to connect everything up. No mess left and I could see that safety was a priority throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to recommend Montali to anyone considering this kind of work.

The Montali team removed an old boiler from a bedroom and installed a new condensing combi boiler in the kitchen, replacing the pipework under the floors in several rooms, and adding a smart thermostat. They were very helpful in working with us to choose the new boiler and smart system, and their work was completed within a few days. They were polite, responsive, and even came back to adjust the positioning of the new filter at our request. We are very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ross and the team were spot on. Very helpful during the estimate, arrived on time for installation, were very accommodating re any particular requests I had during the installation. Did a great job, literally left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. Good bunch of lads as well, would recommend.

This was an office boiler installation. The price was very similar to the other competitive tenders, which shows accurate pricing, and not simply going 'cheap' to get a job and then add extras. The job was fully assessed before the tender was put in. The lead time to start the work was impressively short, and they turned up exactly when planned. Plenty of sheeting was used to cover furniture etc. and the whole job was carried out efficiently and very courteously.

Usually, there are at least a few minor items on such jobs which could be small issues to address, but there were none here. I have no problem in recommending them.

Over the last week i've had 3 guys visit me. Jamie, Ross and Ali were all EXCELLENT. A frustrating awkward problem to fix, but throughout they were always very polite and thorough.

I am usually fairly sceptical of reviews like this, but having had the Montali team with us yesterday to replace an aged boiler and a number of radiators, I completely share the experience reported here by others. What an engaging and highly professional group of guys who work very strongly as a unit and delivered a fine result, working through until everything was done, checked and explained - so refreshing after all sorts of exasperation with others over the years. I don't praise lightly but I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Montali.

Job involved replacement of our heating system and relocation of the boiler. - Strip out old Greenstar combi boiler and all old readiators and Install new system based on Worcester system boiler. Very responsive and easy to deal with from quote through to final installation - good customer service and competitive cost.Excellent team with up to six guys working on the installation. Very competent and clearly used to working together. Tidy work - removed all old equipment, packing materials and general junk, kept the work tidy during installation and good follow-up. Very professional and Happy to recommend!!

Fitted new boiler whilst I was on holiday. Made a good job. Competitive pricing & 8 yr warranty on Worcester Bosch boiler. Haven’t tested CH yet as it’s summer but don’t anticipate any peoblems. Happy with service.

Can't fault the service provided by the guys from Montali who replaced my boiler. They were prompt, polite and professional. They showed initiative to ensure the condensate pipe could be kept internal. Electricians and roofers turned up when needed. A problem arose with an air lock, but Ali and Ryan stayed late to ensure the boiler was operating properly. They tidied up after themselves. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The service we got from Montali was first class from when the job for a brand new boiler installation was first priced up and quoted for through to the actual work done on the day, the commissioning and testing of the unit, the tidy up and then a follow up call to ensure I was happy with everything.

Fitting a full central heating system in Edinburgh tenement. Job thoroughly discussed and helpful advice given before estimate . Flexible enough to change their original quote when we changed our specifications. Pre-commencement visit to check on all aspects of the work. Workmen prompt, all trades coordinated well and worked well together. Extremely hard working and took great care. Fastidiously tidy. Whole job done in a day. Have already recommended to someone else needing work done.

We had a very unreliable boiler which was replaced, a new feature radiator and both gas and water pipes upgraded to increase flow to the boiler and house to improve water rate in the showers. David was excellent from the start and made sure that we understood the options open to us in the complex world of central Heating and the benefits that we could expect depending on what we decided. He even suggested that part of what had been recommended by another company was possibly not necessary and staged the work so we could make decision after the main work was completed. He was right and saved us a few thousand pounds that we were prepared to spend on the previous recommendation . David arrived with his installers to make sure they knew exactly what to do, the team were a pleasure to have in the house, they worked extremely hard with very long hours, were reliable, polite and completed everything to a high standard. Nothing was too much effort including hunting down a missing radiator (ordered by us) to a neighbour’s house and carrying this very heavy item back to the house. After 8 years of unreliable and inefficient heating and hot water it is great to have very reliable heating and water. I would highly recommend Montali, would have no hesitation in using them again and will continue to use them for the annual servicing of our heating and hot water system.

The whole process could not have gone more smoothly from initial inspection, through delivery, fitting and final inspections. All Montali staff, office and "on-the-job", were highly professional, helpful, approachable and considerate. Much appreciated.

The job itself was carried out with a minimum of disruption and to the highest standard. All concerned were conscious at all times that I am disabled and took good care to keep necessary inconvenience to an absolute minimum.

Guys we're very professional and tidy. Very competing price for all work carried out and this included the services of a carpet fitter to relay carpets. David gave us a straightforward advice and as the quote was very competitive we decided to go ahead with the work. It turned out that all of the pipework in the house needed replacing, but the team worked hard to ensure the job was completed within the 2 day timescale. 2 of the team even stayed until 7.30pm to finish the job on the second day, taking time to answer our questions and make sure that we knew how to operate the new system. David then arranged for a carpet fitter to attend on the following day to relay the carpets that had been lifted. Fantastic service from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Montali went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me get a new boiler installed for my elderly friend. They were spot on with communication and timings, rearranging their schedule to help us out.

I required new boilers for two of my portfolio properties and invited tenders for all of the required work. Montali Energy Services were happy to liaise with both tenants and myself and were very helpful in establishing the amount of work required in each property. Their estimate for all the work was very detailed and competitive and I was happy to award the work to them. They did a superb job in both properties, the engineers arrived on time and worked without breaks during each day, calling in electricians and joiners as they were required. Both properties were left clean and tidy and both tenants are delighted with the results. There were a couple of minor problems but neither of these were the fault of the Company or their staff and were dealt with quickly and efficiently when they came to light, in one case averting a disaster as they found a leak in the existing pipework which could have flooded a neighbouring property. Well done to all at Montali I will happily use this Company again

In order to create more space in our kitchen, we considered changing our existing boiler and hot water tank for a combi boiler. We choose Montali because of the three companies who quoted, they were the ones who politely advised on the best installation to suit our requirements and were competitively priced. On the appointed day, a team of three arrived promptly at 8.0 am and started work immediately. Throughout the day they didn't stop except for the tea and coffee we were happy to supply them with, not even stopping for lunch. The standard of work was first class and they were always ready to answer any questions that we had. The work was completed in the one day as promised. On completion, we were shown how to run the new system in the most efficient way and they took us through the various controls. The hose was left tidy and clean and free from any of the old pipe work and water tanks. As it was a Friday and late, David came on Monday morning to check that everything was working correctly and that we were happy with the installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Montali to anybody as they provided us with top quality service.

I received a quote which detailed all the parts, labour and extra tradesmen and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. The job was done over a day and a half. Looked around for someone to fit a complete central heating system. Got a few quotes, some were very expensive and one failed to turn up. Looked on the Which site and found a local company Montali Energy Services. They came, did a survey which was more comprehensive than any of the other traders and gave me a price which appeared very fair and listed the costs of every single item including time. They started on time, with all the other trades arriving as planned and completed the job in a day and a half. There was some noise from the pipes initially and that was sorted the next day. All the tradesman were helpful, polite and nothing was a problem. I have no hesitation in recommending this company
