My boiler broke down and needed a replacment pump, Mike ordered this straight away and fitted it. He also flushed radiators and our heating has never worked as good as it is now.
Super fast and reliable, and very good at clearing up behind him.

I have used Mike Plumbing and buildings for the last 4 years on both commercial and residential properties, he has always been exceptional and prompt with his work in ever job he has done for me, and the quality has been excellent. I would highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

I had a problem with the boiler. Mike came to my house and checked the fault, it turned out that it was a broken main board in the boiler. Mike immediately ordered, picked up and installed the board. the job was to cap a pipe and pressurise the boiler, that's it!
Mike came today to my flat, get the job done, start working without saying anything about the cost ,after finishing the job he charged me £90 , I told him to be reasonable but he threatened to damage the cap and ruin my property with leakage, I feel i was robed by this guy today, i was shocked and afraid to be harmed, he was aggressive and he knows where i live, so i just paid him for my own safety.

Mike refurbished our shower room. All work done to a high standard at a fair price. He was reliable, kept us informed throughout and everything was spick and span when he left.

I had Mike out for an emergency boiler repair and he made right the terrible job the boiler installers had done. Just had him back to do the annual service as well. Happy to recommend him to anyone.

Mike has refurbished a bathroom for us previously and has been servicing our boiler since we moved in. Mike always responds quickly to a text or call and came the next day to look at the boiler problem. The fault turned out to be the pump, we discussed the merits of replacing the pump or replacing the ageing boiler. Mike priced both alternatives and we agreed about 4.30 in the afternoon to replace the boiler. All costs are agreed on upfront and Mike sticks to the price. He arrived at 10:30 the next day with the new boiler and all its fittings and by the afternoon of the following day he had commissioned, tested and handed over the new boiler.
Mike is careful to explain and thoroughly document everything. He took away the old boiler and left everything thing clean and tidy. The pipework is neat and there are no leftover holes, wires or pipes from the previous boiler.
