Matthew undertook a small bathroom refurb for me.Works included demolition of old lead water storage tank in the ceiling,installation of tiles, electric shower, extractor fan, radiator, new floor and dropping of ceiling to place spot light,replastering of walls and various plumbing works.
Minor issues which arose were dealt with promptly and professionally. He was always contactable to my numerous queries. He spent hours trying to install a very awkward shower screen which made a challenge due to inadequate installation instructions however persevered with it. Time wise slightly longer works than anticipated but pleased with the end result from his hard work. Would recommend.

The strainer / plughole had become detached from the sink waste in the kitchen. Large puddle on floor, and the misery of a useless kitchen sink! I think the plastic had become brittle, and just snapped. I rang M. Goodall's number, found on Edinburgh Trusted Traders. I was promised a ring back, and indeed received one very quickly. A friendly and reassuring Cian took my details and said he would arrange for Matthew to come and look at the job. He did so, drove off to obtain the correct part, fixed the sink waste and gave it a plunge as well. All done within an hour, efficiently, politely, by a cheerful, friendly, most capable Matthew.
Panic over. I am delighted with their service and professional manner. I would happily recommend.

Matthew did an excellent job. We required our pop up plug mechanism on our bathroom sink to be replaced. Matthew arrived promptly, clearly explained the work involved and left the area spotless. He went above and beyond with the level of service provided. Would definitely use again.

Matthew repaired a plumbing problem in my toilet/bathroom showing good knowledge of the latest systems and how to fix them that previous plumbers, including the installers, were lacking. I also got him to sort some problem plumbing in my kitchen which he also repaired and improved beyond my expectations. Would certainly use him again.

Matthew carried out a boiler and Hive installation for us and converted the whole house over to mains pressure, removing the old tanks etc. He arrived on time every day, always used dust sheets and floor protection and left the place spotless every night before he left. All in all fantastic service and would highly recommend!
