I recently arranged with Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions to change the bathroom light fittings from halogen to LED bulbs, and to install a switch in the hall for the bathroom lights, replacing a cord pull that failed every so often. They also needed to make a minor modification to the fusebox.
Their engineer arrived promptly at the stated time and did the work very neatly, efficiently and pleasantly. I was particularly pleased that putting in the switch led to minimal and barely noticeable disturbance to the wall above the switch in the hall, and nothing noticeable in the bathroom behind the wall.
The new lights and the switch are in good working order. I would certainly use KGES again for future electrical work.

After trying 4 other electricians and not hearing back, I was delighted to get straight through to KGES to get a quote and book the work. Our electrician turned up on time, was a great guy and very professional. We are happy with every aspect of the service and I went out of my way to email KGES afterwards to tell them how good their electrician was.

We had an extractor fitted in the shower room by a very nice young man
called Jack. He was efficient and courteous as was all of the staff
who contacted me regarding the installation.

We had a bad experience with a previous electrician and didn’t really know who to turn to. We found Keith Gunn online and they came round promptly. There advise was great and had a really professional approach. Importantly, we never felt pressurised into doing any work with all works itemised as requested. We have since had them out twice to do a variety of jobs including testing the electrics and replacing fuse boxes. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for other works around the house or recommending them to friends and family. Highly recommend!!

They replied to my initial enquiry quickly, they arrived when promised, the electrician was courteous and thorough and did the work with no mess. I had a new integrated RF smoke/heat/carbon monoxide system installed plus 2 replacement kitchen lights and light flex in the bedroom. Everything was done very efficiently and quickly (in fact I was impressed with just how quickly the work was completed). The electrician was very polite, friendly and listened to what I was saying and checked everything was as I wanted. He also answered my questions and cleaned up after him. Very pleased with the service provided (I had used them previously for another small job) so would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

We have just moved house and wanted a few light fittings changed. I also had questions about whether some lights were appropriate for where they are situated, e.g. bathroom. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as was the electrician who did the work.
We had a bit of a problem because the fitting we had bought from Ikea required a hook, which Ikea don't supply. KGES were really helpful in supplying the extra part and arranging to come back the following day to finish the work.
