Graham and Billy painted our hall, staircase, landing, bathroom and a dresser. Their preparation was very thorough and the quality of their work was exemplary. Any unforeseen issues were dealt with immediately and without a fuss. They worked very well as a team and made the whole experience easy and stress free for us. We have used Graham & Billy several times now. We keep returning to them simply because they are so good at what they do.

Most recently they decorated two bedrooms including an en suite and our front porch. The job included some dampness damage that they fixed.

The quality of their workmanship is excellent. They are always polite, respectful and obliging. Their approach is well planned and organised (they are definitely not messy) and they completed the jobs exactly when they said they would.

Kitchen painted and touching up a small area of damage in another room. Good communication, very efficient, very happy with finished job, would definitely use again.

Billy and Graham took on a decorating job for us of painting our entrance hall and stairwell which has high ceilings. They completed the work in two days to an excellent standard. They were thorough at every stage and meticulous in preparing all surfaces for a final coat. The entrance hall now looks much more fresh and bright.

The job included painting a living room, study, stair well (scaffolding required) along with skirting boards. Additionally wall papering was done in 3 bedrooms which included a difficult mural.

I cannot rate Billy and Graham highly enough. This is the second time I have hired G&M Decorators and I would have no hesitation at all hiring them again, and recommending them to friends. Graham and Billy are very efficient while also working to a really high standard. They are clearly perfectionists and took great care in (eg) removing fittings in order to paint the area neatly and then returning them. They were also really helpful in doing little extra jobs such as filling holes. They are completely reliable - always showing up on time - and their communication is excellent. Added to that they are really nice guys and very easy to have around, always kind and considerate and completely trust-worthy. I missed them

This is our second review of G&M Decorators (Graham). Having previously reviewed their excellent work in our kitchen, we asked then to return to paper and paint our lounge. The lounge is a double room, and the ceiling in one area was particularly in need of repair.

As before, they (Graham & Billy) turned up on time, worked continually and professionally and completed the job to the timescale agreed. I wont say more than, they are a pleasure to have in the house, they respect your home and do an excellent job. My wife is delighted and that says everything!

Graham did an excellent job on my living room. He discussed all my preferences and options clearly and thoroughly and was professional, efficient and considerate throughout.

Billy and Graham did a fantastic job painting my bedroom! The job ended up being more more work than expected due to hidden issues with the wallpaper and they were very accommodating with this change. With their busy schedule Billy and Graham were clear about timescales and managed my expectations in a professional manner. From the very first point of contact, to completion of the job today, Graham was a consummate professional. He agreed to call to estimate our job(s). He was punctual on arrival, thorough in estimating the job(s) and showed that he was highly knowledgeable in the advice/guidance he provided. Graham's quote was received in good time, accepted and a date to start the job agreed.

The first of out two jobs was our kitchen/dining room. It's a (very) large room. The job consisted of, preparation and painting walls and ceiling (two colours), and varnishing all of the doors and woodwork.

Graham and his partner Billy turned up on time and as agreed. They had sourced the particular colours we had requested and were ready to start on arrival. They took great care to ensure cabinets, worktops, furniture and flooring was protected with dustsheets. The job proceeded quickly, and was concluded on time. I have to say that the quality of their work was excellent, and we really are delighted with the end result. Mrs S mentioned how neat and tidy they were as they worked, we appreciated this.

Both Graham and Billy were extremely pleasant, polite and respectful. We have already scheduled more work from Graham. They have great workmanship. Turned up on time, very respectful with the furniture and personal items and had the place immaculate for me returning home. It was like a new flat! Great to have a trustworthy contractor who leaves a fantastic result. Will use them again for my bedroom and sitting room later in the year!

Graham has done work for me inside and outside for many years. Always very happy with the finish. The place is kept nice and tidy, no residual mess. Most recent work was the gutters and downpipes. They look great now, good as new. Always turns up on time and does what he says he will do.

Both external and internal. Graham is meticulous in his preparation. He thoroughly protects everything with either fabric or plastic sheets. The completed work is perfect. I'll be ringing him again shortly. GTC
